CVS Milton is noted for its exceptionally kind and helpful staff, described as the nicest and best ever. Employees go above and beyond to assist customers, helping them find specific items like cards or lashes and ensuring visits are smooth and exceptional. The store is small but has everything needed. Despite nationwide shortages, the staff always does the best they can. Customers leave feeling great, prepared, and thankful for the amazing service.
First time I went it was good they were helpful but when I came a few weeks ago they were not polite. One of the pharmacists had a bad attitude. I was picking up a product I needed and they weren’t that helpful with answering questions and I needed to call my doctor for advice after.

Hands down the nicest employees of any cvs I have ever been to. The store is small but it has everything we need. Love it here.
