Horrendous customer service. They lost sensitive information (names, addresses, social security numbers) of our condo association trustees. No explanation, no apology. Due to this and several other mistakes we were forced to end our relationship with citizens.

Worst experience ever. They wouldn't cash my cheque because it was over $2000. Said they wouldn't have enough cash for other customers. Would close my account and go somewhere else.

Slow and seems like they are trying to upset customers! Jeffrey in customer service literally went out of his way to have me wait, checking for appointments so he could bump be. Mind you not a sole waiting for him other than me. I was there for a new card that the teller should have been able to do. Not at all impressed... read full comment
