Horrible. My credit card in this bank was closed while I was told there's no fraud. My credit score will get at least 30 points lower for no reason. There's no fraud. I was informed this by one of their fraud alert department management team members. But, there's no answer about why this credit card account got closed while there's no fraud. And, my credit score will be 30+ points lower. Extremely not recommended. Take caution when use this bank products that I believe not only the credit card but many other services.

If you're an impatient person or pressed for time, or just have somewhere else to go, avoid this branch at all costs. The glacial pace of customer service isn't for everyone.

Drive up atm had a long line, which is fine. Its saturday its raining. But then i got to fight with the crazy atm machine for 5 minutes. What vice president said this ridiculous machine was a good idea?? Then the atm canceled my transaction, though i had just checked online and there was way more available. I wont be back. Have a good day.

What a useless group of people, there should just be a sign that says call the 1-800 number if you want to get anything done.

This bank ...let me clarify THIS BRANCH...is ver poorly run...the first time I did any business in there the manager berated this female employee right in front of me and anyone who else who happened to be in the bank...I found it highly unprofessional, but had to hurry to get to work so I told myself to mind my business...(I'll get back to that same manager in a minute...every other employee who I have engaged with have been the upmost professional.....anyways I went to the bank today it was a little crowded...so the manager see this first come out her office then goes back in ....after about 5 more people come in I knock on her window....there were two tellers and one banker.....but one teller had what looked like a commercial account with small bills so it took longer than usual not a problem....so this Kanye's the same one ...finally comes out her office and directs a Caucasian lady over to where the bankers sit and proceeded to help her....I told her excuse me this gentleman was first ...she then says NO SHEWAS HERE FIRST...I said well if you really wanna get technical I WAS HERE FIRST...but since he's elderly I let him go.....ok so after she takes the lady she takes the elderly gentleman....he was so not pleased with her work he waited for the other banker...who gave him exactly what she needed....the elderly gentleman then asked me what couldn't she do that ...she's the boss...I said she could she just chose not too....so now it was my turn I...I had questions about a safety deposit box....she tells me ooh no you have to have a appointment for that..I then ask her when did that practice start...she said ever since COVID....all the way through....I said that can't be because I opened my box in June and when I specifically called and asked if I needed a appointment...I was told no walk right in....when I told her that she refused to help....I was upset held my composure and spoke to a gentleman who also works there by the name of Thomas Stein....mr Stein took the time to explain the situation in a respectful, professional manner....I really appreciated his professionalism.....the manager who is very rude, disrespectful and Very, very unprofessional her name is FLORENCE CELANO...the way she treats and talks to people is irresponsible and unforgivable...as I said earlier in the post I saw her verbally talk down to one of her employees.....as I told her you talk to people like they are nothing ...I have THREE..different account in this bank as I have been a loyal customer since they were BOSTON FIVE...way before you worked there....just because I didn't have on a suit and tie does not mean that you can treat me or anyone else as if there not worth a million dollars......I am seriously considering closing my 3 accounts and credit cards and consolidating them at another financial institution
