Very disappointed in the business. I purchased a group make up session for my friends and I from Groupon. They were difficult to contact to make an appointment. Once we finally connected and made an appointment they canceled on us due to an illness. Postponing was fine but trying to make another date was impossible. They gave us one date and one date only . Then when i left numerous messages they never called back. I have always promoted small businesses and have had services here before. I will never go back as other spas around them are so much more responsive and professional. ##Disappointed customer#nevergoback

It was a little tough to get a hold of them at times but the artist (melissa) was extremely professional and came prepared and on time. She did exactly what we needed, we loved working with her!

Simple salon with everything you need for a summer refresh. I visit regularly for my brow shaping and tinting, but I’ve started to branch out to other services. Dermaplaning and a “winter glow” spray tan were my last visits. Good prices and great service.

I reached out to Danielle for wedding/bridal party makeup back when I got engaged in 2019. Right from the start, she was helpful, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pandemic impacted my wedding significantly, and we didn't end up having our big day until October 2022. Thankfully, Danielle was incredibly flexible and understanding through all of our postponements, and worked with us until everything was able to be finalized. Fast forward to our wedding day... Danielle and her team arrived right on time, and were so kind and personable throughout the time we were getting ready. They made sure we all loved our makeup and hair, and were willing to make changes/adjustments if requested. I was so pleased with how my makeup came out (I opted for airbrush), as it lasted ALL day and night, and I didn't feel like I was wearing any! I cannot imagine going with anyone else for our wedding, and I highly recommend Danielle and her team!Services: Hairstyling

Had an appointment for my daughter who was getting married that day for hair and makeup and makeup done for me. Arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and the door was locked. Waited 20 minutes and no one arrived. You can’t imagine how stressful this was for my daughter. I wish I had read the reviews of this establishment as it seems to be a pattern.

Truly the most disappointing experience. Super disorganized when I went to book so I asked if they would be like this during the wedding process and they promised not. Went in for a trail for my wedding, really liked the stylist a lot (she was great)! Then the salon proceeded to confirm my appointment and literally never call me back I couldn’t get a hold of them through message or call. So much so that I ended up having to book another place 3 days before my wedding. Don’t ever use them. It’s insane!Services: Special occasion makeup

I had an appointment there on the day of my daughter's wedding for her hair and makeup, and my makeup. Got there and they were closed. I made the appointment about a month before and made sure that they would be able to take us on a Sunday and was told yes. Needless to say we were both very upset.

I paid $95 ( 75 + tip - they only took cash or venmo and I don’t have venmo) for makeup application and my eyelashes were not curled after mascara was applied so I paid extra for fake eyelashes, however after the falsies were applied something kept poking my eye but I was told it was just my own eyelash. My makeup artist was nice so I paid and just left, but upon closer inspection my eyelashes looked crooked, I could obviously see my own eyelashes from the corner as well as clumps of glue and I spent the remainder of my day with something irritating my eyes so I couldn’t even enjoy anything and my eyes were a bit red! And after all that , after taking off my lashes as soon as I could , it’s three days later and I still have a clump of glue stuck on my eyelash line that won’t come off! I just wanted to look special for a day but it ended up as a disaster and I wish I never got makeup I the first place , I am terribly disappointed by the whole experience.

I went there to get my lashes done and the woman who did it wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t ask which type of look I was going for ex: natural, volume and to make matters worse she put tape under my eyes which irritated me. After the service my lashes immediately started falling off. By the time I arrived home, more fell off. I was so upset I cried. I called the salon and spoke to the owner. She seemed irritated as if I was wrong. Long story short, I went back for the touch up and unfortunately had the same woman do my lashes again. She ended up over charging me for a touch up smh I called the salon and spoke to the owner and she fixed the problem but didn’t even apologize. I’m so done with this place. I live off customer service and the reason I came to this place is because I had exceptional service by a former staff member years ago and now the staff there are just distasteful including the owner. You should always be kind to people no matter who they are because you never know.

UPDATE (3 days later): As you know, I was greatly disappointed in the service and, today, when I saw that it looked like all of the extensions had fallen off, I decided to stop by the business to register my complaint in person (so that they could see the result/evidence.) The manager/owner was receptive and told me that she was glad that I spoke with her in person and offered to do another lash extension herself (she has a lot of experience; I think she said 20 years.) She gave me her card and told me to contact her for an appointment (she offered me one on the spot but I didn't have my calendar.) I am feeling a whole lot better now and, once I have the new service, I shall write another (hopefully, 5 star next time!) review. Sadly, this visit was not a good one considering the time invested as well as the expense. I spent an uncomfortable (flat on my back for with eyes closed and taped; I had to remain still) 2 hours. I thought that I'd be wowed when Amanda finished the job, but it was definitely not a wow. It was a meh. Since I knew that her next client was waiting, I didn't let her know that I was underwhelmed and I tipped well (felt obligated since she spent so much time on the extensions.) My daughter stopped by and asked me if I'd done my brows (I did yesterday at another shop) and I mentioned that I got the eyelash extensions. She asked, "When?" When I told her that it was done a couple of hours previously, she was very surprised. She said it wasn't a good service; it looked like I had it done at least a week ago. She could tell that I had the service but it just wasn't a good one. Next day update: Considering several lashes fell off since yesterday's service, I wish that I could give this negative stars

I had my hair and makeup done for my daughter's wedding. I was disappointed with my hair. I told the stylist that I wanted my hair to look full that I didn't like flat hair. Though I don't have thick hair when product is used it can look fuller. I don't think she even used any thickening product. When it was done I asked her to try to make it look better. Other stylist have done much better jobs. Makeup was just ok.

posting on behalf of someone who does not have Facebook: I made an appointment for yesterday/Saturday at 9:00. confirmed multiple times in addition to receiving a confirmation text which I responded C to confirm. Showed up and they were closed; the hours stated they didn't open until 10:00. Called after 10:00 to discuss that and was told they would put me in for the next day (today, Sunday) at 2:00 even though they are closed on Sundays. Again, received a confirmation text which I responded C to confirm. AGAIN showed up and the place was closed. very careless and unprofessional on B. Boutique's end. I will not recommend this place to anyone for fear the same thing will happen to them.
