We have been using Danny's service for many years he is the best ! So appreciative of his old fashioned reliable service. He has fixed my washer ,dishwasher and fridge . We have also purchased a washer & microwave from his website . During the sale he gave us his expertise and guided us through our purchases, he has competitive pricing.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon about water coming from my fridge... Got my callback from Danny around 6 and set up a service visit Wednesday @ 8 am. Danny was punctual, courteous and professional. "Quick" fix of clogged drain and built up ice removal...Next place I will call for service!!

Though not a traditional showroom, on site staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The promise of a call back with additional appliances information was realized in less than 3 hours. VERY customer driven. A must stop, or website, when seeking competitive prices on appliances. ?

I would like to give this business five stars, and I have in the past. But, the woman who you have to deal with when you call or go there is absolutely horrible. Just check out the other reviews and you'll see. If you can get past her all is good.

I could not say enough positive things about Danny! He is incredibly knowledgeable, impeccable work ethic and I always appreciate his honesty. If you are looking to have any maintenance work done on your appliances, I strongly recommend giving Danny a call before you go out and purchase something new. He is an expert at his craft!

I called in looking for service on a TV I purchased for my son for Christmas.The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending, telling me it was a "big mistake" to purchase a tv from a box store vs her store without context. Offered no help- I would never recommend - they may be the best but don't expect service or understanding.

Terrible customer service, unfriendly at all, the woman yelling on the phone and screaming. I called to ask about an issue with my TV and if they can fix it, she started yelling and saying: “seriously it’s not even worth it just buy new one”, like don’t tell me what to do with my TV. All the people here who gave 5 stars must be a family members or fake account.

Terrible customer service. I called in the morning talked to a woman to make sure they worked on my style ac/dehumidifier. Told them my situation. Told me to bring it down and they'll take care of it. Had my gf bring it down. They where so rude. First they tell her she's gotta bring it back tomorrow because she never called. Then she goes back because i called and then won't take it because now they need the paperwork on it. Since I've called another place told them my scenario and they will be fixing it. Personally if you care about your business. You'd be kind and informative to your customers.

I've had some trying experiences in the past with other appliance repair stores but Dannys could not have been any easier and satisfying. He told me up front it would be a $75 deposit to look at my 51 inch flat screen which I expected. I got a call the very next day that it was fixed and he only charged me another $20 to fix a fairly new TV. He took a part off another TV and installed it in mine. Highly recommend these guys if you need any appliances need work.

I have taken several TV's to these folks over the years. The person who works on them (Ted I believe) is a true professional. He has always been fast, fair and has fixed everything I brought his way. I would definitely recommend this place!
