I love when a mailman steals my mail because they don’t agree with the politics of it. Isn’t that against the law?

I am SO tired of this post office never delivering my packages on the day they're out for delivery to the POSTAL CENTER, always sending me "delivery exception updates" AFTER I just watched them DELIVER mail there but send ME an "exception" delay saying they couldn't deliver out cuz the business was closed when EVERY time they do this, IT IS OPEN AND THEY JUST DELIVERED stuff. I PAY MONEY by having my mail go there so i can get it on time and safely. This is the ONLY time this every happens .. the millis usps. I've put in reports on this after too many times and it happens again today? Postal Center was open at 5:50 and they DELIVERED other mail there. They ALWAYS do this. No other mail service and no other city usps has ever done this but this one does it ALL the time. I pay for my stuff, I pay for the box at postal center, I track my deliveries and they ALWAYS do this to me at the very last minute - just keep my stuff, deliver everything else and send me a delay.. leaving with my stuff still on the truck.

Millis Ma Post office. As of April of 2023 and now May. ROCKWOOD RD NORFOLK MA. I started receiving everyone's mail in my mailbox. These mailboxes have 2-3 inch numbers on there boxes. There is no reason to put piles of mail in the wrong mailboxes. I don't mean like a piece of mail here and there. I'm talking stacks of mail and packages. So that makes me wonder where is my mail. I drop these stacks of mail and packages to the correct mailbox. 4 different mailboxes. I can only hope if others are receiving my mail they do the same. If I miss important mail because someone does not care about there job. Then what. I called the Millis Ma Post office in April and talked to the post master. But it is still happening 3 weeks later. Do what you have to do to fix the problem or I'll put a formal complaint in.

Michelle and the other delivery people are fantastic. Michelle makes it a point to communicate with her customers and always giving it the personal touch. A bright spot in our day.

Kudos to Diane! My package was accidentally delivered to Millis Post Office. I called. She found it and ensured it will be on its way tomorrow. She didn’t have to, but she did. I am grateful.

I would have to say that this post office has some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with...though I was warned by personnel in my "home-based" post office that they can be a**holes, along with the carriers, aka "rural drivers" in my area (Newman!). Sadly this is the "hub" for my area for pick-ups. Lady behind the desk seems nice amongst others here, so kudos to her. Customer service and communication is everything, in ANY business. Wish they felt that way.

Horrible service and post master. Condescending. If you have a complaint. Call the 800 number. Friends don't turn friends in. Remember that. They are right and your some lier.
