I showed up right when they opened without an appointment. There was a line but it moved quickly. Ed was very helpful and efficient. They were able to fix my tire that morning at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Ron's to others and will go back there when my car needs work.”

I do my own car work when I can, but my driveshaft gave out before I was able to finish rebuilding the replacement. They were willing to complete the work I started, using my parts (which style shops outright refuse), and nailed the job in less than a 24hr turn around. They showed me the failure point unprompted, which I can't stand when mechanics refuse to do even when you request it. Very happy to have found them!”
“A long overdue review. Charlie's is the best auto service center that I've ever used. I've been bringing my car and my daughter's for several years, and each time, the work and pricing is terrific. Jay goes the extra mile to find reasonably priced parts. As an example: we replaced the taillight on my daughter's car today. Jay located a used lamp, saving me $300. Finding reasonably priced and trustworthy auto repair services can be challenging and I feel like I've found a hidden gem with Charlie's!!

“My boyfriend borrowed my car today to trail his side by side up to NH for ATV fest this weekend. Unfortunately, the car started backfiring on the way. Being from the South Shore, he didn't know where to go for a quick repair. Catalano's took the car on the spot and fixed it immediately so he could continue on his way and enjoy the weekend. They were honest and did the work at a fair price. They even gave him a loaner vehicle to go get lunch so he wouldn't have to walk in the heat! Excellent service!”

“I live in Charlotte, NC and was in MA visiting my parents in Holliston. A day before my trip home, I learned my tire had an un-repairable leak. I wanted to replace it with the original tire to match the other 3 but all other tire dealers in the area were not able to get the tire I needed until days later and I had to return home the following day. Leanna was very gracious from the minute I called her and explained my situation. She called her warehouse and had the tire I needed delivered to her location the same day (within a few hours even). I dropped off my vehicle and it was ready in 2 hours. I am so thankful to Leanna and Sullivan Tire for going the extra mile for someone who does not live in the area and not a regular customer. Thank you for all you did to make sure I can get home as planned.”
