“My experience always starts with Mary, This is now my second time renting a unit and both times Mary elevated my experience by her willingness to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my unit. She treated me and my movers with professionalism.”
“The facility is clean, has relatively easy accessibility and has long hours. The issues are, 1. Expensive. Effective May 1, 2024 the rental costs are rising AGAIN. This makes a medium size unit, 10' x 10', a 57% increase in less than two years., 2. The owner tacks on a $0.50/month fee to support his pet charity. It's a minor amount but why should renters pay for his charity contributions?, 3. Renters occasionally parking the four spaces directly in front of the main doors to the building then leave their vehicles and trucks for extended time periods, sometimes for over one hour, when they are moving items around in their rental units. They do not move their vehicles after unloading them into nearby spaces to free up the loading/unloading area., 4. Last year the firefighting system failed. The Town of Needham/Needham Fire Dept. restricted access to the facility to only during office hours. This eliminated access to storage units during the weekends. It also increased risk to the renters. No discounts were offered during the months when this occurred.”

“My unit was never disturbed. I always felt safe while I was there. A lot of different sizes available. Convenient location. Chris takes care of the place and he’s always friendly and willing to help. Couldn’t give five stars because the price goes up up up. It can get costly quick. Otherwise, it’s great!”

“How do you review a storage place? Don't they just store stuff? Well, yes, they do but having recently rented a storage locker for my kids in a different state, there IS a difference. First, 126 is secure, well-lit and makes me perfectly comfortable come nightfall. The spaces are immaculate - the unit, the hallways, the driveways, etc. And, while we have been renting for over 10 years, they know and remember me by sight and are extraordinarily pleasant on the phone or when I wander in to the office. I understand that I am paying you for a service, but you guys deliver it wonderfully so I'll say thank you.

“Have rented U-Haul trucks here for business (of which they have a good inventory as well as a few trailers). Brad is very friendly, helpful and organized when it comes to processing your rental going out and checking it back in. The facility is large and has a variety of storage options from unheated to conditioned storage and is easy to get to off Washington Street. If you need a U-Haul or storage in the local Franklin-Bellingham-Mendon-Wrentham region this is a good place to consider.”
“We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe! However their professionalism and demeanor was most impressive! Trust me - we shopped around for movers and the price was competitive and fair but definitely well spent. Use Olympia movers!!!!”
