Wanted to support a local business so I dropped off a bracelet in October to be repaired. Never received a call or heard any updates. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, and checked in on it twice. The second time was April, and was told that he couldn't find the elastic to do the replacement and I should just throw it away/get a new one.Found the bracelet chord for 2 dollars at Wal-Mart and fixed it myself in less than half an hour. Just really disappointed

I have shopped here several times and found the staff helpful and friendly. The store is small but has a nice selection of cards and small gifts for friends and family.
