People over-there will rip you off and find anything wrong with your car during state inspection. They charged me $23.99 for one small back shield wiper!! Plus $45 for a light bulb!! I don’t recommend the place for inspection.

I'm a friendly and non-confrontational person so it's taken me a bit to muster up writing this review. I would always come here for gas multiple times a week, but won't ever come back again. A week ago I noticed my tire was flat, so I came in simply to have my spare put on. All 4 tires are brand new, just put on a month ago, so I probably ran over a nail in the storm we had the day before this. Immediately without even looking at my tire 3 different people were very rudely and arrogantly repetitively asking me to buy a new tire. I kept saying "No thank you I just want my spare put on." They were VERY rude and condescending and really stressed me out. Finally one of the guys with long hair and a hat takes my car in, puts the spare on, gives it a test drive around the block and whips back into the parking lot with my car (an old CRV, not some racecar style thing!) He proceeds to literally yell at me about how the brakes are awful and the pedal goes all the way to the floor, and I'm so confused?? The pedal has NEVER done this to me before, I only came in to have a spare put on so no idea what he is talking about. I'm tearing up and stressed so I pay and leave. Immediately upon leaving, my brake pedal WAS indeed hitting the floor before stopping. Never in my life has it done this! I had to cancel all my work for the day, and drive my car like this sobbing and scared all the way to my dad's shop in Holden to find out that both my brake lines had busted. No way to prove that it was Millis Service Station that busted them, but it is sure a sketchy coincidence that it happened to both lines in the 5 minutes they had my car! Not only that, but my flat tire did not need to be replaced, it just had a nail in it and needed a simple plug. So they harassed me over and over about needing a new tire for literally nothing! It was a terrible experience, and I will never come back again! Very disappointed. Also to add, I commented my experience on one of their advertisements in a local Facebook group, and instead of responding, they just deleted the whole post. I think that in itself is very telling of the business they do here.

Don’t even waste your time with this place.. They will scam you, and tell you something is wrong with your car when it’s not. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t fall into their trap like I did.

My wife’s radiator decided to go during a flooding rainstormI went over to my old gas station owner for a quote. He said he would call me with one…crickets! I called Millis service where I always get my gas and in an hour got a call back from Sonny with my quote! These guys do not mess around. The owner Nick has always been cordial with me but I did not know him well. However I saw he always spoke with his customers and treated them with respect!. I gave him the radiator repair and it was done in a day! He allowed me to pick the car up on my work schedule. Three days after they fixed the car.Very flexible. Great job and price quoted was price paid to the penny! Thank you for an overall excellent experience, Nick and staff! Oh the other station… still waiting for that call and quote… crickets!! Great gas prices also.

My only place to get gas in Millis. Been getting gas here for years and never had a problem. Always lowest prices around. Great place to get a sticker as well.

I've known the owner and his family for almost 20 years. The entire crew always treats me like family. I get my gasoline there. Always the lowest price around. I also get my car serviced, and I'm in and out quickly. Even when they're crowded. For great service/gas at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Millis Service Center to everyone.

Absolutely trash service. They will do anything to get more money out of you. Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t even get your sticker here, they mess that up as well.

I consider it a duty to warn people not to trust your car to Millis Gas. When I went for an oil change, the owner (Nick) noticed that my car needs an inspection and asked me if I wanted him to do it. When I showed interest, he pointed out that my front plastic bumper has a broken part on it and is partially detached, and so wouldn't pass inspection. It has been like that for 5 years and has always passed inspection--including at Millis Gas last year! (Then my car was inspected by one of his workers; Nick didn't see it as far as I know.) He then said that the repacement plastic bumper would cost $495 unpainted and that the labor would be $200 for attaching it, as it would take 1 1/2 hours (!). I looked the part up online and found prices of $60-$130 plus $50-$70 shipping. When I showed him the $60 one, he looked to the side and said that online companies sometimes send the wrong part and that "we have our own suppliers." He added that his guys could attach it if I brought the part to him, but that the labor would be $300 instead of $200 (!). He did not try to explain why putting on a bumper provided by me would take them 50% more time, or why it involved 50% more labor. He is dishonest and shameless to boot.
