I was in a car accident and Millis Collision Center restored my car to looking as it had before the accident. The staff were really nice and had a great sense of humor. I loved being able to rent a car onsite with no hassle. Had a great experience!

I brought my car for a slight cosmetic body repair, something the dealer wanted to charge me $500 for . Victor, the owner, greeted me and told me his staff could fix it right away because it was a simple task to reattach a small piece of molding on the fender . They did it in five minutes . And for free! This is my new go to place in case of any future body issues. The vibe of the place is fantastic and I am certain that all the customers here will be well-treated.

When someone hit my brand new car and didn't bother to leave a note , I was beside my self . Eli from Millis gas station told me I should go to Millis Collision Center and made a call to Victor . I have always gone straight to the dealership, but I thought I would give it a try . ℹ headed over and instantly Victor and Jose made me feel completely comfortable and confident. They gave me a great deal and I dropped my car off the next day ! Victor even gave me a ride home ! My car looks brand new again and they cleaned out the inside too ! They did such a nice job we took my Daughters car ! With % confidence I would absolutely recommend Millis Collision Center. Thank you again Patricia

Victor and Jose and their staff of experienced mechanics and detailers did a great job with my car. It looks brand new. Also, they worked with my insurance company and the claim process was quick and assisted me with a rental. I recommend this business 100%. They care a great deal about their customers.

I needed to detail my car -an 11 year old white Rav-4 that had not seen a car wash or vacuum for way too long. Victor met me out front and was very friendly and confident he could make my car look considerably better with the top notch person he had working for him; that she loved what she did and was extremely detail oriented. I left the car for the day, was offered assistance if I needed help getting back home (Franklin), and just left with the feeling I was in good hands. I, however, really didn't know what was reasonable to expect given that my car seats and rugs alone...well.....not the worst you have seen.....but let's just say years of use had taken their toll. Punch line: when I got the car back I was amazed: The thing almost looked new (inside and out) and all Victor said was right on the money (eg. details spotless like 'mini-areas' between the seats and the doors, or around the gas tank were perfect as well front seats, dashboard, and on top of the car....). Seriously, I couldn't find anything to question whether it could have been done better-nothing. I didn't ask but it looked like they even got out some worn spots and marks that I thought were permanent. Car sparkled and I am proud again to have others like my kids' friends in the car. If my other reviews are easily accessible you will see I am not a knee jerk positive praising guy when it comes to reviews; I call em' as I see em' expecting reasonable service and product for my hard earned money. This went beyond reasonable. Who ever they have doing detailing at this establishment has a calling for the endeavor. Lastly, price was reasonable, in line with other places I had researched --of which 2 that operate local come- to-your-house methods never got back to me.....which know I am thankful for. :)

I can't recommend this shop. They showed little interest in making the repair a good experience. I can only guess that the repair job was too small for their liking (fixed suspension and alignment on one wheel after a minor accident, but no body work). Regardless, they: * provided virtually no communications on the status of the job (I had to call them each time); * took 15 days to do a small job (After they had the car for 10 days, and after I heard nothing for the previous 8 days, I called to check on the status. It took them another day to blame the delay on supply chain issues. It seems more likely that they just forgot about my car.) * left the old parts in the trunk of my car and I had to return to the shop to get them to dispose of them * returned the car covered in bird poop (none of it was there when I dropped it off). Overall a very poor experience.

Totally satisfied, they couldn't have done a better job. They even went to the trouble to polish a scrape on the other side of the car. Dan was extremely nice and had the car ready on time. Also, the office was so pleasant (clean) that it was very welcoming. I have told friends about my great experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with Millis Collision Center. After the stress of being in a motor vehicle accident, it was refreshing to deal with a business who truly went the extra mile to provide excellent service combined with a superb repair job. They made the process seamless from beginning to end and the result is a car that looks better than when it was new. I would definitely use them again and recommend others to give them your business.

Just had a repair done here & Tom was my contact & I couldn't be more pleased. I used them a few years ago for another car & because of that experience, I came back. He kept me in the loop all along with frequent updates & took care of all the insurance communication & paperwork so I didn't have to get involved. Very skilled, professional & friendly. I was blown away at how beautiful my car looked. Not only was the exterior like new, they cleaned the interior as well, which I didn't expect. Highly recommend. I will definitely use them again (but, hopefully, I won't have to:)

John and the the rest of Millis Collision did a great job repairing my Subaru WRX. When my car was ready it looked as good as it did the day I bought it. John worked with my insurance company and made the claims process completely painless. I would recommend Millis Collision to anyone who is looking for a body shop that does great work at fair prices.
