brought my pet here for one visit, and it will be my last. my pet bit one of the techs, and i wasn’t informed until i got a phone call from animal control. while it isn’t the employee’s fault my pet bit her, i definitely should have been told immediately. they had multiple methods to contact me, none we’re taken. when i called to ask why they didn’t tell me i was told they’d put a note in my file to inform me of any future incidents which seems weird to have to note. i was in the building during the entire visit and had no idea my pet bit anyone until the next day when ACO called. if i had been notified before i received a call from animal control it would be a different story. situation gives me a bad feeling and i don’t feel comfortable bringing my pet back there any longer. imagine how i felt looking at my phone and seeing animal control calling me for an unknown reason. communication is incredibly important, and one experience showed me it would be lacking here.

We love taking out kitties to Millis Animal Hospital! The staff members there are friendly and knowledgabe. They answer all of my questions and provide excellent care for my cats. Thanks MAH!

Highly recommend this vet! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a few instances where my dog was sick or injured and they have always been extremely accommodating to make sure she is ok. After visits they also always follow up to check on how she was doing.

We have been going to Millis Animal Hospital for our pets since 2008. We have always have had great experiences with everyone working there. They are all friendly, compassionate, and take their time listening to you and explaining everything.

We went to see Dr. Cochran for a cyst our corgi, Bear, had on his back. She is the absolute best. She is so gentle with him. She always follows up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Millis Animal Hospital is a small town special place that takes the time to know you and your pet. When my pet walks in to the office they are greeted by warm smiles, treats and pats. The staff is attentive and techs and doctors are patient, knowledgeable and extremely caring to all of the sweet loves that come through their door.

The Vets at Millis Animal Hospital take wonderful care of our pup, Izzy, when needed. In addition, if calling with a question one can be assured the Vet herself will return the call the same day. EXCELLENT care, service and professionalism. THE BEST !!!

We’ve always had a great experience at Millis Animal Hospital. They’ve been able to get us in quickly for both routine vet tech appointments and emergency visits. Our dog is never nervous to walk in which should tell you all you need to know!
