“I had come from NY to install water Purification system @ my friends house. It needs special fittings , HD / Lowes didn't hve or they were helpful. But this store owner was relentless in sloving my problem ,,he not only made several suggestions which prompted me to take a different route , which resulted in successfull installationI strongly ? recommend to all the Mansfield or near by town residents ., to shop & this store . Please support the neighborhood store . Thank you.”

“My husband and I have been shopping at Chace Building Supply for nearly 30 years, and we always have a positive experience. Mark has worked with us on several projects. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Over the past couple of years, we have been renovating a multi-family home in Dorchester, and Mark has been especially helpful in working with our contractor on quotes, making product recommendations and setting up delivery to Boston at a very reasonable cost. When we needed to order replacement windows and sliding glass doors, Mark referred us to his colleague, Tom, who specializes in these products. Tom quickly got back to us with a quote, placed our order and set-up delivery. When one of the door handles arrived damaged from the factory, he immediately ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. “This is the best HHRestore I’ve been in! Prices were appropriate. My wife found an open box of vinyl siding for our shed. $35 Vs $200 of new. Kev is the manager and works the store floor to answer questions and provide prices where items were not labeled(not often). His smile, stories and support were very welcome. Store is clean, largest I’ve been to and is very well stocked with lots of new (like furniture) and leftover items”
“Love this place! Guys are always very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and prices are very good for building materials. Selection isn't huge, but I have found great tile and laminate flooring for at least a dozen projects, so they do carry items that are on trend, not last seasons throw aways. Definitely worth checking out.I wrote the above review at least 6-7 years ago.Here is an update that I'm posting on 4.30.22.Selection of products def isn't what it used to be. No more sliding glass exterior doors. Very minimal selection of hardwood flooring. Prices aren't that competitive. I saw a bathroom fan there for $237 and Home Depot carries the same item for $170.I didn't see garbage disposals this time. No shower surround systems. No bathtubs to order. Used to love this store. Was somewhat disappointed today. Yes, I know that every business took a hit during the pandemic. Nonetheless, sad to see good stores go down in value and selection.”

“Highest recommendations enormous store. They have everything you need and they have friendly staff members who are there to help you answer all your questions and find anything. I had a key made as well. They were very polite and it was way less expensive than going to the dealership and they walked me through the process of programming it myself and it was super easy”
“My Previous experience at home depot was outstanding. I went to the store to purchase a few small items and saw a John Deere tractor. Jayne in the rental area began to describe it to me and I explained I also needed a bagger if I was to purchase it. The next thing I knew Jayne asked one of the guys to check on the bagger and in a few minutes it was in a cart next to Jayne.
