Would not recommend. Took my dog here a few times. Unbelievable attitude from staff. If you treat people that way, I can only imagine how they’d treat animals.

Our pups had a great time in boarding. The staff was also extremely nice as well. The reason for 3 stars is because of the cleanliness. I've boarded dogs many times and have never gotten them back smelling how they did. One of our dogs has an eye infection and the others coat smelled horrible, as he has longer thicker hair. They were only there for three days. It's a good place, just not clean at all.

I had appointments for noon and 1pm — booked well in advance — and my dogs were not groomed until 5pm. They killed an entire Saturday. And they had the audacity to charge me for daycare for the wait time!! Grooming services are basic, nothing special.

I was in a bind to find a place to take my 1 year old puppy after my I initial plan fell through so I started researching. I contacted dog barn and within a day they called me and asked a few questions about my dogs behavior and got her in their calendar for boarding. I was so grateful. They have extremely convenient hours so you can pick/up and drop off around your schedule and most importantly my dog clearly had an amazing time and I’m planning to bring her for daycare more often !

We boarded our two Goldens with The Dog Barn about a week ago, and were super happy with the service and pricing that we got. When we picked up our dogs after a week, they were happy and excited to see us, and very relaxed. We could tell they had a great time, and were well taken care of. Even our 7 year old Golden Lab Daisy, who usually has anxiety when she's been at kennels in the past and was a nervous wreck when we picked her up, was happy and content when we picked her up. I can't wait to try the other services The Dog Barn offers! Thank you.

I took my dog here a couple times, and the last time he went, he was bitten. Things happen, but when we picked him up, it wasn't mentioned at all. We found out because we was acting off and had a bump, so we took him to the vet. The vet shaved it down and revealed the bite. The disturbing part about this is that it wasn't mentioned. This either means the employees witnessed it and said nothing, or weren't watching the dogs/didn't hear my dog yelp when it happened. We've attempted to email twice with no response. This is our last attempt to show something happened. I don't recommend taking your dog here as it's pretty disturbing that a bite was never addressed. You want to take your dog somewhere they'll be happy while you're not with them, and this experienced has not been reassuring that the Dog Barn provides that.

Our little pooch Mishka loves going here! She comes out looking ten pounds fatter due to the blow out of her hair though! ?The staff and prices are great! I would absolutely recommend this place to all!

I board my 4 dogs here. I am blown away by how well my pups are cared for. I only had my 3 little dogs stay this past holiday but when I picked them up I was so surprised. One of my dogs has a had eye booger problem & without me even asking them to, they had kept him all cleaned up. My dogs don't like going anywhere & they actually get excited when I pull up for their stays. Hands down would recommend. Prices are very reasonable

Most importantly, the place is super dirty and smells so strongly of urine it is unbearable. The smell permeated my dogs' coats so much I had to bathe them the moment I got home. The place needs a thorough disinfection, as the Renuzit air fresheners displayed about just don't cut it. Also, Customer Service is awful. The Manager Kelly is an extremely rude person. Did not wish to engage in an argument but she obviously has a massive attitude problem and seemed relentlessly intent on it nevertheless. If you have questions about your bill, for example when you were not informed of the fact that they charge you not only a boarding fee, but a daycare fee as well for every day your dog stays overnight (hidden fee that is usually included in boarding charge everywhere else) forget about getting an straight-forward answer. The young girls who work there are very friendly, but could not answer why I was charged like this, (girl on phone said she was relatively new to this) and said that she believed that the invoice was entered wrong and deferred to her manager who wanted to handle it herself the next day- even after I offered to pay it then regardless. The charges were not even the issue, as if this is their policy, so be it, I was not trying to get out of paying what I owed. My problem is with HOW it was handled when the manager got involved. I did not have time for Kelly's condescending attitude and asked her multiple times to just take my payment, but she just wanted to tell me all of "my mistakes" and call me a liar.Needless to say it will be the LAST TIME I bring my dogs there. .

If you are traveling or want to get your dog groomed there is no better place than the Dog Barn. The staff is passionate about caring for dogs, and your pet will come out with a beautiful coat.

My Dog loves the Dog Barn so much she doesn't even want to come home! These folks love animals and it shows... From the minute you arrive the staff is incredibly helpful and I have a wonderful sense my dog is going to be treated well.

The Dog Barn has been amazing to my Corgi... It is almost like five star day spa for her! The staff is incredibly professional and attentive... Well done! They always find a way to make my dogs visit special.
