Johanna, Marjorie and Maria are all fantastic. They constantly go above and beyond should I have any problems. Needham Bank cannot be beat in terms of customer service!!!”

“The main branch of the Milford, MA Rockland Trust has earned my wife’s and my respect. Our dealings with this banking firm has always been a pleasure. “I used to love Eastern Bank, but now there aren't as many locations, and without a vehicle, it's quite a distance Weston to Watertown, Natick or Lexington. One in Waltham would be lovely! Maybe one day if I move back to Salem, they were always helpful there, but unfortunately they just sent us new cars on closed accounts..lol.... They must miss us too??”

“This is the best branch of Citizens bank. I have my coconut with citizens for many years. I have been to several branches and used their 800 number on many occasions. If I were to rate their services at other locations on a 1-5 rating scale, 5 being best, 800 will get rating of -2. Canton branch will get 4, Chestnut Hill will get 3. “Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

I came in to get a certified check, and Dell was so fast, I also asked about two other issues from a name change I had been trying to solve for literally years that other branches couldn’t solve - he literally told me exactly what I needed to do for one and completely solved the second. “A well run community bank. I have been a customer for many years and have a few CD accounts and savings accounts for my children. Walpole Coop always pay competitive rates on CDs and the staff is very help with CD renewals and any other questions. They take care of their account holders. Walpole Coop is also a member of DIF and FDIC account insurance, which is 2 levels of account insurance many banks don't have.”

“Years and years ago, I was a part of Sovereign Bank. And you know what, there were no issues with it. But then I came to the consensus when my life started getting increasingly busy and the time I had to go to the bank was minimal. Sure, there was (and still is) a Sovereign/Santander in my own town rather than driving out of town, however banking at my normal supermarket was much more ideal. This Citizens Bank location sits inside the Walpole Super Stop&Shop along Route 1A in Walpole. There is a Citizens Bank in almost every single Stop&Shop, which also contributed to my decision of switching to Citizens (as my favorite supermarket, that I shop the most frequently is Stop&Shop). It's open much later than most other bank chains in the area. Monday through Friday they are open 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. The regular team of guys who work here are always happy, energetic and always joking around. Huge bin of lollipops, barely ever a line, and great policies and benefits (especially in comparison to Sovereign / Santander!) 5 stars for this Citizens Bank!”
