Water pump failed at 12:30AM on a Friday night, they had my pump replaced and up and running by the afternoon of Saturday. Their entire approach was to start with the best case scenarios and see if we can resolve the issue without having to have a major cost impact to me, and talking me through why the worst case scenario had occurred, and what my options were. FYI, my prior pump lasted 30 years, I did not have much to complain about. Transparent throughout.

Stellar Experience! I emailed County Pump around 4:45pm, got a call within 10 minutes, scheduled a service for the next morning and the job was complete by 9:30am. Drew and his assistant were friendly, professional and quick. I'm fortunate that the problem with my well pump was above ground. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Dan and team were awesome. We highly recommend County Pump. They fit us into their schedule with one day notice after another well company cancelled on us. They replaced our well cap and made the super chlorination process as easy as it could be. They even stayed late on a Friday on a holiday weekend to fully explain the process.

Count Pump did a great job diagnosing my well issue and a through set of repairs to bring my well back to a condition that it should operate trouble-free for a long time. The technicians were great and very informative of the steps being taken and offering alternatives and recommendations during the repairs.

Awesome guys. They figured out that we were only receiving 1/2 of the power we should from the electric lines. Due to a downed line. They were able to get the water up and running even though 1/2 the house was out of power. Smart guys.

Drew and Nate were great diagnosing our well problem, installing a new pump and repairing a broken wire. I like technicians like Drew who explain all the issues and options and also have a sense of humor. My only complaint is County Pump's decal on our pressure tank says they provide 24 hour emergency service. We called on a Sunday morning due to no water at all but didn't get a response until Monday morning. Despite that, Drew and Nate were here first thing Monday morning and had us back and running in a very short time. I highly recommend County Pump.

This is the second time we have had County Pump out to change our pump out. The ground water at our farm has allot of iron in it. The iron sediment does number on the pump bearings. County pump has always responded the same day. The Techs have always been professional, explain all that needs to be done and costs related to the repair/replacement. Great company to do business with.

We lost our prime due to a power failure and had no water at all. The guys from County Pump came out and also found a broken connector. They replaced a couple of little things and now all seems to be well. (Pun intended). They were efficient, friendly, and knew how to take care of our problem. Recommended.

Excellent work from Drew and Nate. Quickly determined the problem with my 30-year old pump and showed me why the pump was failing. Came back the next day and installed a new pump and new switch within hours. Pressure has never been better. Also walked me through everything as they worked. Enjoyed the experience!
