“This location is so much larger than others I have been to both in size and selection. I didn't know Torrid carried so much work wear. Even though my teenager was very vocal about being bored the staff were so nice and helped me find everything I asked about. Their dressing rooms are also nice and clean! So you again soon!”

“I had been tracking a particular item that was listed for sale. This was meant as a birthday present. I was greeted by Jean. The item was no longer on sale by the time I got to the store. Explaining to me that sales just changed overnight from Sunday to Monday. The sale price was still honored, even though a day late! Thank you! Thank you!”
