I hate spectrum. Would have cancelled if they weren't the only service provider for my area. I since moved and still they are the only provider here as well. I will be overpaying for hotspot B4 I go back to this monopolizing company.

Terrible customer service
Not concerned with my issues
Only wanted to have me get their mobile plan
Not helpful at all. Wouldn't help my issues and said they only do mobile here
Very unsatisfied
