Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable - not at all pushy. Spent as much time as we wanted trying different beds/features. Very patient as we considered all the options. She also searched for all applicable discounts for us.We had a good idea from the website of what we wanted, but very glad we went to the store and tried things out--well worth the trip.

Cody is so amazing about explaining everything (sometimes twice) for me. I was not rushed at all!!!! He showed me every bed in the store and explained the differences between them, so I would have enough knowledge to pick the bed I needed!! It's hard to call him a salesman, he wasn't just trying to sell a bed. The right bed seemed as important to him as it was to me!!!!!He showed amazing customer service, knowledge and made me feel like my comfort was his only priority!!!!I can't say enough good things about him!!!!Thank u so much!

The service at the Millbury Sleep Number store was fantastic! Theresa was our sales associate and she was super knowledgeable and thorough. She had us try out several beds to ensure we were selecting the right model for us. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. We cannot wait until our new mattress arrives!

We went in knowing we wanted to buy a new bed. Nick was awesome and really showed us the differences of each type. We had to leave due to a prior commitment but told Nick would be back. During that time he emailed us quotes of two different sizes and when we returned we were good to go to purchase the bed we picked.
