“I have been working with Prime Storage over the past 2 weeks and have only positive feedback to share. Starting with the storage units themselves - I appreciated the range of sizes and reasonable pricing. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure.
The personnel were very helpful, patient, and friendly to deal with. Everyone I spoke with there were great. Mostly I dealt with Michelle - and she was terrific!
My situation was that I was helping an elderly friend with her moving needs, and Michelle was helpful, accommodating, and empathetic to our special situation. What a joyful surprise to find a human working here! Keep up the good work Prime Storage!”
