“Tony dropped everything to be able to help my 3 kitties. I found out the Natural Balance cat food was being discontinued in 50%+ Petsmarts and Petcos. I learned that Tony’s Pet Oasis was one of 2 places near me that would be selling this product. I messaged them on Facebook and explained my situation. I went in store a few days later and Tony sat with me and ordered all of the flavors my cats eat for me. He got them in so quickly and messaged me on Facebook when they were in store and ready. He now sells them on his shelves. He literally made my life so much easier and I don’t need to worry right now. Thank you Tony and team!”
“Fuzzy pants has been excellent for my dog! He was having problems in a different daycare and I needed to switch. He has been thriving since going to fuzzy pants! He hasn't had any problems with other dogs, he is always so excited when we pull up, absolutely exhausted at the end of the day! The staff are wonderful!! And it's very affordable. I highly recommend this doggie daycare!!”

“I needed a specific type of plant. There were several that would work. I've found very knowledgeable people here. I like to go in and look at the tubs of KOI they have. Previous plants I purchased here are growing very well and are healthy. I like being able to talk "KOI" with the staff.”

“I called and asked if they could take my dog today, last minute, for a clip and bath. The young woman was very friendly on the phone and said to come up. I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere and the greeting., very different from one of their other locations. They were awesome, they did an awesome job and I forgot to tip, which I'll be making sure that is taken care of tomorrow! Thank you for a great experience!”
“Long wait. Was told I didn’t need to make an appointment but when I arrived, they said no appointments available. Told them I’d called so they squeezed me in. They also wouldn’t vaccinate my dog who’d had a reaction to Lepto vaccine- even though I wasn’t getting that one for him. I guess I understand, but it was frustrating. They did my other dog, no issues.”

And oddly enough, all the different employees within the areas of the store were either smiling or laughing as they interacted with customers. Store was very clean very organized”
