We brought our SUV to this establishment for an inspection. It was the same place we got the inspection done last year as well, no issues then. But this time, they failed us for our tint on the rear doors. We did have tint installed in the last year on the rear doors and rear tailgate because we had a newborn and this helped our son with the sun shining through. There was already factory tint, we just doubled it up and we were happy with it. Once it failed, we had the rear door tint removed to comply with the inspector in order to pass our inspection. When my wife brought the vehicle back, the same technician said that there was tint on the front windows that needed to be removed and the tailgate must also be removed. We argued for a moment because we were confused. We failed initially solely for the rear doors and that was taken care of. Now all windows pose an issue and we explained that we did not tint the front windows. It was either factory tint or we bought it like that (mind you that we had the same car inspected at the same location a year prior without doing anything to the front windows and passed the inspection). He then proceeded to rip the tint without permission to "prove" that there was tint applied to the window. This is unacceptable behavior from a business. We requested from them to document each window and what the tint % was and we would be leaving. That did not happen and now, the front windows tint is ripped. Unprofessional, not helpful and a waste of time. Very disappointed and we hope people take their business elsewhere.
