So grateful to Ben for finding me a piece of Cambria quartz in the exact pattern I was looking for to perfectly complete my bathroom! He was professional and responsive to our inquiries and the installation was top-notch in fitting it perfectly to our vanity!

Extremely disappointed with how unresponsive and non accommodative they are. Refusal to work with larger project plans and ordered wrong stone which delayed our whole project. And this is for the supposedly top of the line Cambria quartz

Please discuss the importance of driver safety with your employees. Their road rage is unacceptable. They’re driving too fast and follow dangerously close to cars on the road. I was tailgated on Route 9 headed west. My 7 month old daughter was in the car with me and they almost clipped the back driver side of our SUV. Feeling shaken up this morning.

Their employees have anger issues and road rage. Hit the front of my sisters car and proceeded to try and drive off on the highway. Once they realized she was taking a picture of their van they started driving erratically and throwing objects at her car almost causing a collision. She felt it wasnt worth pursuing them for the safety of her kids after they cut across 2 lanes of traffic to lose her. Probably after realizing she called the police. Company should be embarrassed.

I wanted to personally commend Jhoan, Geo and the install team at Discover Surfaces for always going above and beyond. As a builder/developer they have now installed multiple kitchens and baths for me and have always done a fantastic job. You can’t go wrong with the team at discover!

Discover Surfaces is the BEST! They did an absolutely killer job with our countertops and island in our kitchen. The selection of stone and surfaces to browse on site is exceptional and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to pick out the exact slabs that were installed in our kitchen and they are stunning. The installers were also excellent. A+ from start to finish. Highly Recommend

Most dangerous and ridiculous drivers I’ve seen. Driving down the breakdown lanes, switching into merging traffic lanes and not even using blinkers in Rhode Island just to skip traffic.

One star for the variety in stock, zero stars for the non existent help. After making an appointment with the salesman in charge he kept me waiting for 20 minutes then proceeded to say this is so and so she'll help you. We were trapped there. I asked her if she'll send photos of what was picked out, but no just prices came.If I had known that I would have taken my own pictures

We had a horrible experience with this company. They subcontract for Lowes. Run away from both these companies. We went to see the quartz slab in person and it was beautiful, the problem started with the install. They came with three pieces originally but couldn't fit one in so they left with all three pieces. Two different installers showed up A WEEK LATER and now the piece that didn't fit was cut but now there was a huge gap between the two pieces and the other countertop could not be installed because the cabinets {Also Lowes purchase and installers and a whole other nightmare} were not level. They left took back the cut countertop. Another week passed the original installers returned. Now the pieces fit but the veins in the quartz do not match up and the other larger slab does not hang over correctly. Again another week long wait and when they return the counter kind of fits and there is a large gap at the back which they say is acceptable. I was just tired of the whole ordeal. I have contacted LOWES AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO DATE. Discover takes no pride in workmanship, you would think an owner or job manager would have come out to see what the problems were but they just don't care.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Discover Surface for the amazing work they have done with our kitchen.Their name was given to us by our kitchen designer at Spotlight kitchen design, they could not stop talking about the quality of their work and countertops they had installed in the past. They were even more and exceeded our expectations , just an amazing team and company.We wanted to give a special thank you to Ben our sales representative who was instrumental to the success of our kitchen project with our quartz countertops install. He was there from the beginning to the end making the process easy, comfortable, in one word a fantastic experience. The facility was clean, modern and perfect to make the best choice possible. We were unsure after our first visit so reached out to Ben who offered for us right away to come back and take a second look which truly helped. When later we asked if we could add the same quartz for our vanity next to the kitchen, Ben came back quickly to make it work. Just an outstanding professional.The big kudos goes to Rafael, our installer who was a true rock star so passionate about his work and always eager to deliver the best outcome possible. The kitchens are what they are and the walls far from perfect. We were amazed by his passion and professionalism. He could have given up and just completed the install and left us with an ok install with gaps as the walls were what they were, not his fault. But no, he searched for a solution to make it perfect contacted Ben to verify if his unplanned solution was ok, Ben approved. This amazed us and leads us to recommend and praise Discover with our Friends and on this review today.If you are looking for top quality countertops, a beautiful facility where you can browse a huge selection, a phenomenal bunch of professional and all that at a very competitive price, please trust us look no further they deserve it.We rarely do such reviews or spend the time to do those but when excellence is at that level, it is only fair…
