I have a newer “smart” car and I left my fob inside my vehicle while I grabbed a preorder at a fast foot restaurant. When I came back I was completely locked out of my car while it was running and the key was inside. For whatever reason, I was not able to get inside. I was on a time crunch because my daughter had a cheer competition at the DCU center and her uniform was inside my running, locked, vehicle. We called Direnzo towing and they were on scene within 15 minutes!!! The amount of relief I had would never compare. You saved our day. And my daughter placed SUPERIOR! Thank you so much!

Having to get towed is usually a stressful experience but that was not my experience. Nathan from Direnzo was amazing and made a challenging situation a lot easier for me. He was not only efficient but friendly. He made sure I had all the information I needed and his calm and friendly demeanor made the entire situation less stressful. I highly recommend using Direnzo and Nathan!

Out of many 24-hour shops, this was the one that could help. They actually are 24 hours and helped with a slightly unique vehicle. Much appreciated the help. They were able to tow a truck that was over 10', 60 miles to our location, drop our product, and then over to the shop. They made my job easy.

Shout out to the guy who towed us from Millbury to Quincy at 3am on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. This was one of the worst nights of my life and getting our car towed this stupid distance, followed by a ride home, made a big difference in helping me not completely lose my mind.

If you get towed here good luck. DO NOT voluntarily use this company. If you have the misfortune of breaking down in Millbury, they wont let you have your vehicle towed to the garage you want. It goes here with an immediate storage charge. Horrible to deal with as well, unfriendly and rude.Service: Car towing

Worst tow in the state by far. They want to steal people's money in every possible way. Also their phone people are not so smart, they don't even know how to read.

They have no personality what-so-ever when you've just been involved in an accident. They order you around & expect you to know what your next move should be. They have an "IN" with the State Police, getting their little piece of the action. That's probably why they added that 3rd lane on 146N in Sutton where when it goes down to 2 lanes, your screwed. I'd love to know how many accidents have been in that exact spot. They're making a killing and there's no reason for it. People getting hurt and/or going into debt because they have to buy another car is no joke, but they treat it like it is one. I'm pretty sure they have a rescue sitting in the back of their business, because they do arrive at the same time. It's a damn shame that this is still going on. No one else see's it or is this State sitting back laughing

My son's car was undrivable and stuck in a parking garage on the 3-4 floor, in the middle of the driving lane. Garage had low clearance ceilings, no one would come out, not even AAA. Wish I called Direnzo first, after 4 hours of calling companies he came out. His first truck didn't make it in, but the driver got their other truck to come immediately - THEY GOT THE CAR OUT!!! What was looking like an impossible situation turned out to be a great. Highly recommend this company

Do not do business with them if you can help it! Call someone else. Whatever price they give you on the phone, Add about $300-$500 on top of it. They tell you $125 for showing up and its $100 after that but when they bill you, they tell you its $125 every hour. They don't mention anything about fuel charges but they add that to the bill in the end. Also they try to scam you with a $25 credit card "processing fee". Their drivers are nice but the people running the business are scammers.Service: Local hauling

STAY AWAY! This company works with the Worcester police department. They can, and will, charge you for services they didn't even provide and you will have to pay for it. Don't trust the positive reviews, there's only a few reviews.
