App never frigging works, they are no help. My auto refills and never on because they never did it like I was told.I transferred thinking cvs would be better, I was mistaken.

absolutely ridiculous type up explicit instructions for order pick up and it's wrong every single time!! my elderly husband has to go back every single time to straighten out!!

This place is absolute chaos - everybody is running around like headless chickens - ignorant pharmacists, lacking basic knowledge (I asked if the Covid rapid test still detects latest virus variant, here is what she said: "I think so, people are buying it!" - that's your IGNORANT pharmacist - place looks like a shoddy shop in Pakistan!

I would personally not develop 35mm film photos here. I’m used to Walgreens where you can get a digital copy on a CD of your film. CVS did not have their CD’s in stock and I was not informed of this. My photos were digitally deleted forever after only 2 days and the prints they gave me are absolutely horrible. If you want your memories stick to Walgreens.

By far the best CVS pharmacy I have dealt with! Every pharmacy employee I have encountered has been kind and done their best to help me if any issues occur with my medication.

Horrible location in customer service and attention to details. It's worth the time to go to Grafton location as Millburys is again horrible!

Extremely kind young woman in the pharmacy helped me with my shots and I felt nauseous and unwell she helped me through it professionally and was extremely kind and efficient when giving the shots. Shes why I would recommend this pharmacy to locals if you have a fear of shots or anything

I'd give this 0 stars if it was possible. Pharmacy staff has the worst customer service whatsoever. I've never received a prescription in a timely matter, much less any sort of positive service. I'm in pain trying to fill my prescription & the woman who wears too much make up, has worked there for quite a few years now, treats me with such a rude tone over the phone when I'm crying just trying to get help for my medication.

Horrible mismanaged, huge miscommunication amongst the staff to staff and among the staff to customers. The last 6 years the store has been gone downhill I don't know what changed but it's clearly evident something did. I will never go again. The only reason why I gave one star was because I had to to write this

Once again a complaint regarding the pharmacist at CVS in Millbury MA. I question her competence and certainly the customer service. Twice a prescription has been called in. Twice it has been filled and ready to pick up with text reminders. Twice the pharmacist has stated the doctor needs to approve - as he did... a week earlier with repeat calls. Twice the script has been ready to pick up, actually in the bin. Twice I was effectively denied the prescription due to the questionable pharmacist. Never once have I been able to pick up a prescription at CVS Millbury without an issue or problem which repeats ever time. Never had a problem at two other CVS nearby. Thanks CVS for denying me needed meds once for a week... CVS strongly needs to fix the vast problems... Start in Millbury.
