Went there to check on Apple Watch b4 Amazon prime sale. They only had 2. Decided to buy one since they matched an Amazon quote. I asked if it difficult to set up. I was told no. Brought it home and nothing made sense. Went back next day and told the man at door my predicament. He summoned another person who down loaded the app and said all will be well. As we walked to leave the man at door said my iPhone was too old to work with the watch. No apologize for this mess. I was so upset I left a very disappointed customer.

Terrible, customer service is non existent, prices are ridiculous, the same exact memory card at Walmart was half of what I paid at BEST BUY.

Worst customer service. Geek squad still hasnt showm up after 16 phone calls and 6 scheduled appointments to install a tv. Can't reach a manager and forever on hold.

Still a great store but definitely much change, I remember when they had a amazing DVD/bluray section and a great game selection. I know it's changed a lot since covid and you can just go online and buy everything, but I just wanna go in and see then just purchase it. Let's not let the big box stores disappear.

You can get things you want BUT, staff are not available when you need them . If you find one they will call someone else and takes forever. Need to hire more workers on the floor.

Love it love Best Buy the updates that they keep doing as the area for pickup and everything else it's just amazing of if I could give it more than five stars I would but the best is five but for my opinion it deserves more a update on BestBuy to everything has gotten really good the only thing is that's not a lot of customer service a lot of people has probably left or let-go or who-knows-what but still Best Buy still awesome a lot of changes has been done but still I recommend this place very nice ? amazing!
