This is the nicest Barnes & Noble I have ever been in. Huge fantastic selections, amazing knowledgeable staff. And the cutest little coffee shop inside.

Myself and a couple of other customers before me had a negative experience with the manager of the Cafe department of Barnes and Noble today. She's a heavier set woman (if you know, you know) and often has an attitude in general. Upon checking out and purchasing a couple of items, I happened to have the manager of the store that was on duty (I believe his name was Patrick) and addressed this with him a calm and tactful manner. He was very appreciate of me informing him of this woman's behavior and as soon as he rang up a couple of people behind me, he went right over to the cafe and spoke with her immediately. I really respect managers who actually take the time to listen to a customer's input and do something about it promptly rather than brush it off.
The only reason why I gave four stars for this store instead of five is for how the cafe is ran. Otherwise, the store itself is wonderful and the clerks on the floor were kind today while helping me find a particular book that I was looking for. Hopefully in time, they'll get rid of that woman as the cafe manager and hire someone more personable with a better work ethic.

B&N at blackstone valley is always fun. Great selection, well organized. I just wish they had more board games.

One of our favorite stores. My daughter loves it! The kids' section has lots to choose from. There is even a toy section in the back. If there is a book they do not have in stock, they will order it for you. Also, there is a Starbucks on site, but it carries different food than most Starbucks.

Clean, well stocked bookstore with an added bit of Legos, Barbies, and games. Great children's area for reading and looking at new kids books. Starbucks inside. Surprisingly good date location. Lost one star as it needs more bathroom accommodations for busy times.

The store is clean and if you need help locating a book the staff is helpful. However, they do not go the extra mile for their customers. I had 15 minutes to help a three year old boy find and buy two "moving away" books for similar age friends we were meeting for a final good-bye lunch. I spied a sack with tissue paper and asked at checkout if I could buy it. The girl asked a guy, who then asked another (manager, maybe). They showed me where to buy the individual items. I declined and said to forget it. My daughter boycotts this business, and now I understand why. There is no true customer care.

.Also, you can drink Starbucks coffee and so on! !I got excited because there was a book about the 60th anniversary of the Shinkansen
