I am amazed at the customer service and the staff going above and beyond to assist in helping patients get their much needed supplies including formula! the supply chain issues that they are facing have definitely made their job much harder yet they continue to strive to work to get insurance approvals and products and have the best customer service ! the team at Allcare truly do ALL CARE ! thank you for all you do !

I am editing this review with recent discussion with Owner/CEO who called and heard me and f/u back aswell on some of my questions.Thanks Bill for making sure im heard.I came to know after Bill’s response that recent PA flexibility law change did not applied or affected to his business like other larger pharmacies or companies and caused this PA processing issues. And will discuss to staff on customer servicing going forward for better experience with special needs supplies requests.1/31/23EditedI have tried to complaint to manager at All care medical where once got helped as “kindness” order and sent me couple can. But since than no supplies given for couple month never informed me can’t backdated with Mass health and kept me thinking i will get supplies back once they have in stock ,they even told me we will send all august and September together when we have in stock. Surprise next week they say oh august ended we cant n will never say this about sending retro order as masshealth never pay backdated. First time ever i got notified abt this policy after given wrong info by staff , I understand now and for (2022 month of October ,November,December)they never sent any supplies. And told me dont request till summer of 2023 as we told by manufacturer/supplier not going to have supply till summer 2023.new Prior auth done with new PCP , allcare keep asking me to send completed PA request from old PCP whole new hospital systems, after lot of advocacy they learned needs to accept from my current PCP . And changed their own answer, policy and yes final after making parent go through this much for few monthsthey denied my PCP office over calls also to accept PA completed forms from them saying we needs from oLd pcp. After informed by me thousand times and by new pcp office also no longer patient at that hospital system.Finally they accepted Masshealth approved it and they sends wrong formula completely with flavor issues which is the reason my daughter is on this formula due to oral sensory problems uses specific taste/flavor formulas.Whn i called to inform on wrong product customer service served as “ this is what we have and just sent u this” didnt even asked me before sending substitute ( dont forget they made PCP do whole new PA again just because initial PA was not correct flavor and told us masshealth needs exactly product named )Diapers someone from office called said just confirming size before we send shipping today. Week later i call to chk status as no package got. They behave again with incorrect / not transparent information oh we dont have it in stock , i daid u told me sending week before , he says we have different brand not same as u get. I said just send wht u have.Surprised same brand package got in 2 days at home.This are just few examples i tried to contact CEO of compAny via email and he responded without listening or any communication with me about this ever from my side and sent me this from only getting complaints/ discussions or own observation one time only not knowing all from previous calls or customer service.“ I will not call you. We have been successful for 23 years handling over 4000 people per month with no issues. I will not take business advice from you. If we aren’t up to your standards, then it seems that you have no choice but to go elsewhere. We will do whatever it takes to help you switch. Let me know what company you would like us to forward your information. I have already advised MassHealth.”So complaining is not an option according to CEO his company cant make mistakes or can give bad customer service and when you raise concerns you get rude replies from management and company CEO.Hopefully this review can only make positive outcomes as it was my hope to make CEO aware of this situation if he had allowed or given me opportunity to listen , hear me out on this matter.

I feel like the staff at Allcare have become second family to me. During the formula shortage the workers have been patient and king while we switched formula around. They is always friendly and accommodating whenever we have questions about our order. I'm more than pleased with this company!

Everyone I’ve ever talked to is so helpful and accommodating! They replaced my son’s formula immediately when the recall happened and they are very quick to ship out as soon as I place the order. I’m very grateful for this company.

Jeff was incredible to help us fix our formula issue today! We only had 2 days left of formula and were desperate due to our child’s severe allergies. He went out of his way to make sure that we got our formula that we weren’t supposed to get for another week the same day! Beyond incredible, personable, professional and genuinely kind people!

Two weeks I worked with the Doctors office insurance and Allcare to get infant formula delivered. They kept telling me that the insurance authorization was wrong, turns out they are just not approved to provide the formula my children need, rather then tell me that they keep telling me to call insurance wasting my time for two weeks!

After over a month of trying to find an in network DME to provide hypoallergenic formula for my infant son, we found Allcare, who helped us navigate the maze of insurance and worked with our provider to get it done in just a couple days (would have been even faster if our doc sent the right RX!). Shipping was VERY fast and everyone I spoke to was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Their prices were the best I found as well after calling around to many many other places! We are so grateful to the whole team at Allcare!

I like allcare services I been with them for like 8 months now and I had issues with my order twice because I didn’t know I have a neighbor with my same last name (RUIZ) I don’t know him at all. well one time my order went to his house so he took it not looking at the name on the box because he didn’t know that his neighbor gets the Ensure And that she have the same last name as his. So one day the Ensure gets delivered but I didn’t get them so I started to knock on doors in the building and when I got to the NEXT I MEAN THE NEXT DOOR neighbor I find that he took them because the UPS guy knocks on his door and gives him my boxes he didn’t read the label on the boxes they had different name same last name he just put them down not paying attention.that they belong to his neighbor. The second time some stole them so that month I went without.This my story with allcare. Now I get them not on time most of the time. I order online most of the times but i have call them when the day comes that they have to get delivered and they don’t. So I don’t trust the online ordering anymore. Today is gonna be my last time doing it if I don’t get on the day I suppost to 10/04/2020. Is worth giving this company a chance with your supplies. You won’t regret it. Because I don’t even though I had some minor issues.Ahexy M. Ruiz

I have contacted Allcare Medical Supply in the past, and I have found them to be exceptionally helpful. Over the weekend, in the midst of some family turmoil, I contacted them again seeking to quickly replace a broken part on a relative's wheelchair. They came through with shining colors yet again. Bill and Jeff, thank you so very much for your time, assistance, and kindness. Your solution worked perfectly, and we are truly grateful. For those who may be considering Allcare Medical Supply, I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation.

I've been ordering supplies from this company for years for my mother who has Alzheimers disease. They recently called me to let me know that they will no longer ship certain supplies (like medical gloves needed for her direct care) because the shipping is too expensive, and I am welcome to drive 45mn to come get them. I work full time, have 2 small children and care for my Mom, so that's not an option. These supplies are prescribed by the doctor and medically necessary, and they are covered by her insurance. Is it legal for this company to suddenly stop providing supplies because they don't want to pay for shipping when they have been doing it all along?This is what I have to say to this company: you have been profiting quite a bit on my mother's medical needs for some time now, and now that there is a health crisis so you are no longer willing to pay the cost? So what exactly is your mission if it's not to supply medical needs? I guess your intentions are clear now: your pockets are full, so you can walk away. This is wrong, and I hope you reconsider.
