Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I called for an emergency oil refill today (Saturday) and they said he would be coming. I missed one call due to other emergency and he literally blocked my number. I tried to call with my own phone but unsuccessfully. When I tried with other phone and he finally answered, but he was so disrespectful that I could not keep up anymore. I called them because it was a recommendation from an old costumer, so I think this is just an unusual case.

Absolutely the best people to do any business with. They are kind and caring and get the job done whatever it may be. Honestly couldn’t say enough about them. Even the delivery is quick respectful and kind. They know my dogs by name and have even worked hard on getting the puppy ok with the big truck. These guys are amazing.

Hidden Gem of a heating oil company! Customer service is always excellent...we ran out of oil and they sent someone to us within the hour! Super friendly, personable, and answer all my questions. Oh, and excellent pricing as well!
They do zero advertising...so this is the only way to find them. So glad I switched to them...Wylie and Julian Oil is an exceptional oil company.

We were circling the drain on our oil tank the day after Christmas. We called every oil service provider's emergency line and were told they either did not service our town on that day or only serviced loyal customers. When we called Wylie & Julian, Jason answered and was at my home in 30 minutes. Jason provided emergency service to a now-loyal customer that day. Wylie & Julian will always be our first call thanks to him.

I am amazed at your ability to make customers feel like they are part of your family! When I had financial woes after my husband passed, you helped me get onto a budget plan based on my ability to pay. Now, I have an issue with my furnace not staying on and you’re getting someone over here today to help me out.When I mentioned who I was, you immediately knew where I lived and just needed confirmation of my house number so you can send someone from Service (and I know you had no time to look me up on the computer).
