Literally the best pharmacy in the area. I have never had an issue with getting my medication filled, the staff is always super friendly and they are always direct with explaining what each medication does. I highly recommend the pharmacy and it’s staff at this Walgreens!!!!

Had an issue with the delivery of a medication. FedEx did not come to pick up the prescription and I had run out while waiting. I don't have a car and didn't have anyone available to go get the medication. The store manager was a saint and personally brought me my medication as well as shared with me a better way to get my meds delivered in the future. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for helping me.

This is a great addition to the area! Jessica at the pharmacy is amazing, she is kind and personable and always willing to help you out! I knew her from the old Rite Aid and I'm so glad she's still in the area! Also the store is very clean and the staff are super nice as well.

Love the fast, efficient, friendly service I receive every time I go to the Milford, MA Walgreens. Jessica works in the pharmacy and I know I can count on the quality of care and accuracy that she delivers encounter after encounter. She is a valuable asset to Walgreens.

If I could give 20 stars for the pharmacy techs there, I would. Particularly this one young man named Kyle, who is patient, pleasant, professional, and unflappably and genuinely cheerful. Everyone else at the pharmacy department seems kind as well - the staff always seems like they enjoy working there, which is amazing - especially since the lines there do get long at times. The store currently is a bit cramped and looking a bit dingy around the edges (hence the 4 stars) but is moving, so it will soon be in a nicer bigger location. I hope all of the lovely staff moves with the store!!!

I stopped in here today for my booster shot. They had cancelled all appointments due to staffing issues. But, took me anyways, which they didn't have to. Also, I must add. I see all these negative reviews on here. I sat there for probably a total of 30 minutes start to finish. Which was totally fine. But, watching the interactions from customers to the clerks behind the counter was awful. You all only experience your interaction and not the hundreds that they have to deal with over the course of a shift. Customers should try to be a bit more understanding.

Nice staff, organized store, and I always get a good price on makeup and laundry detergent. The only thing I'd change is to have a larger drink and perfume selection. But I know those working there have no say-so in that. So good Walgreens location.

BUYER BEWARE. This Walgreens has cashiers that make extra money off of stealing from special needs people. The past 2 times my special needs family member has come to this store to buy family members holiday gift cards they give him gift cards with empty balances and pocket the little change he has to spare. NEVER SHOP HERE, bunch of low lives stealing from the vulnerable.

Used this location to drop off a FedEx package. As I walked in the lady knew right away what I was there and greeted me. She checked my package in right away. Very friendly and attentive! Thank you!

I had been a customer of Rite Aid in Milford for over 15 years. When it was taken over by Walgreen's, all of my families perscriptions were transfered there. From day 1 it was a disaster. They didn't have the capacity to take all of Rite Aids customers on top of the customers they already had. It is a tiny pharmacy and it created chaosi n the form long waits and mixed up prescriptions. I tried for a month to be fiendly and encouraging to the staff, because knew they were getting crushed. Customers were very nasty because of the waits and the staff bore the brunt of it. After a while, some of the staff started to get rude and short, and were awful to me and my family many times. There are two women at the Walgreens who were excellent that transfered from Rite Aid, Jess and Katrina. They were the reason I stayed as long as I did. Those two probably saved any customers left from Rite Aid. They knew me by name and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. In summary, Walgreens corp., you screwed that situation up in the worst way. I'm sure you lost many customers. If you lose Jess and Katrina, that pharmacy will lose every customer that doesn't absolutely have to use it. Finally I'd had enough and transfered to CVS. What a difference! They are pleasant, organized and they actually have your scripts ready when they say they will!
