“Dr. Augusto and his staff was amazing. My cat got into a scuffle with a racoon on a Sunday, so I had to bring her to PetMedic Urgent Care in Westborough. They put a splint, cast and cone on my girl and said she would have to keep it on for 4 weeks (it was painful to watch her and didn't think we could live through this for a month). On Monday I called Milford Animal Hospital to make a follow up appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Augusto and his team were very attentive and compassionate. Dr. Augusto immediately took to the cast, splint and cone off which was such a relief. I don't think my cat would have healed as quickly with a cast and cone (and it would have been torture for her and us). She has healed naturally and quickly thanks to the team at Milford Animal Hospital. I am so thankful! I highly recommend Milford Animal Hospital and Dr. Augusto.”
“Gin has had a variety of small issues and on this past visit, a couple were being addressed. Dr. Fullerton was so thorough. We always feel so well taken care of. Every concern, large or small, is handled with immense care, and Saturday's appointment for Ginny was no exception. The visit and the care at Healthy Paws are top shelf all the time.”
“This place was great. Everyone was really nice. They examined my dog while I was still in the room which I think is not typical. I was able to comfort my dog and help them with the exam. They took the time to. explain my dog's blood work. They let me know what my options were and I feel like we planned a course of action together. Very informative, polite and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.”

We have a very large, young, male dog who is particular and still learning, so we had some special requests (to be let in and out without other dogs around, doesn’t do well with male drs, to use a muzzle during care) that were accommodated without question! He received vaccines, which he is not a fan of and had blood work that went exceptionally well because of the kind, patient and caring nature of the tech Marina and Dr. Fielding. When we moved to RI and finding a new Vet was stressful but we couldn’t be happier with Abbott Valley and will be with them forever! Thank you from all of us, especially Enzo!”
“Medway animal hospital is the ritz of vets. They are very busy and rightfully so. They care so much for their furry patients and their parents/owners. Everyone is so sweet and you know your pets are in the best care. The doctors don’t rush or push you and really care about you and your fur baby. A big shoutout to Dr. Mansfield. She is absolutely phenomenal. She has a huge heart and a true empath. When I unexpectedly lost my sweet cat Max after a week at tufts he unfortunately passed. I had his records sent over and Dr. Mansfield reviewed them and called me in the evening explaining to me her thoughts of all the results and if I had made the right decision to let him go. It was like talking to a friend- there was no rushing or judgment just pure love and understanding. She really helped me rid the guilt and understand what happened to my boy. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful supportive team to help me with my sweet boy’s health. I feel blessed knowing I have the best care for my loves. Thank you!!!”

“The staff at Four Paws are amazing, they really are true dog whisperers. My puppy loves going there and comes back happy tired, and always healthy. They are very particular about maintaining healthy environment for the puppers.
Daycare services are great too - puppies get 2 play times in the day at 10-11.30, and again at 1-2pm. They are pretty strict about the pick up time before 6pm and drop off before 9.45am.
They do have a slightly complicated billing structure for boarding services, and are on the higher end of the spectrum in general, but are the cleanest kennel spaces that I have come across so far. One needs to add puppy play hours, a tuck-in service, bath before pick-up all at additional costs.
The place is very well-managed. My pup is also with the Thrive pet clinic, sharing the premises with Four Paws, hence in case he needs attention during the day, it's very convenient to get him his vaccines, treatments, and routine checkups done during daycare hours.
(Note for boarding services, the premises are unmanned from 7pm to 6am)”
“Thank you so much MA Equine for helping my horse, Salem!After having a terrible experience with another vet in Rhode Island, I reached out to Massachusetts Equine for a second opinion. They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. We had Dr. Andrea and she was fantastic.Thank you so much!Dustyn and Salem”
“I put a have a heart trap in my yard to try to catch my cat who's been missing. I instead caught another cat, who was very hungry and scared. I took the cat to PawSteps to have it scanned. They were very friendly and took care of the procedure right away. Unfortunately this cat was not chipped. I am fostering it for now.”

This clinic saved one of my cats when she cleaned all the flea/tick treatment off of our other cat and poisoned herself. They jumped into action immediately and saved her life.

“Amazing experience here for the first time! I don’t typically leave reviews but the staff at Banfield deserve all the credit. Brought my 8 week old puppy in for her first vet visit. They were nothing but helpful, kind, and had amazing communication. They were amazing with answering all my over complicated questions and providing attentive service to my Halo girl. Nothing but kind people that work here. My girl was dropped off and left with no anxiety at all and she’s still the happy loving puppy she was I dropped her off. They also had great recommendations and advice for her as a growing bully. They were direct and honest in providing feedback and treatment services. They provided the real and don’t beat around the bush, which I appreciate greatly as I want to make sure my pup is getting the correct services at the correct times and her growth is maximized. “I have only been here once, with my new 6-week-old kitten a couple weeks ago. The doctor I got was super nice, she was gentle and very informative. There was a nice young gentleman who was assisting her, and he was wonderful. There was a mix up about my kittens age as I made the appointment before picking her up from where I got her. She ended up being too young for her first shots and the secretaries were trying to figure out everything for me. I was clearly nervous, and the gentleman popped his head out into the waiting area to re-assure me that everything will be taken care of and not to worry. Will say I really appreciated that, and it put me to ease. My kitten was a little cold during her checkup, so she was wrapped up in a little towel, they cuddled her until she stopped shivering and gave her a toy at the end. Me and Binx both left happy and made another appointment to follow up with her shots :)”
