?*** UPS STORE IS NEXT TO MANDARIN IN THE SAME STRIP MALL NOW !! ?• They can return packages using the return QR code once return is completed online.• The old location still pops up and the sign is too dark to see…… you’re welcome, so staff doesn’t have to argue with you where it is…..• mostly sarcasm on the review, your employees needs socialization and employee training cause they are most all rude. Idk that one guy really needs training or a better antidepressant. Rude people can easily be replaced.

The people staffing this store are possibly the rudest, nastiest, unpleasant and miserable people I have dealt with in any retail setting. They were uncooperative with me and other customers. They may be old and doddering, but that doesn’t give them the right to insult customers. The owner should consider new and more enthusiastic workers.

Great store, sometimes you must wait for awhile but the staff are almost always helpful & knowledgeable even though I've witnessed them deal with rude customers on multiple occasions thank you guys.

I went to get a document notarized a old lady wearing mask was so so rude and she even made me to wait for so long I had another appointment after that because of this I was five minutes late for that appointment it made me so tensed and I was so impatient when she was doing notarization she went to attend a phone call and she didn’t say anything and jumped into another work and I asked the another girl can you ask her to sign it’s getting late for my appointment she simply said she can’t and even ask me to go to another place to get notarized it was so pathetic and rude behavior it was so worst i will never go there again ????

Your Sunday morning (Feb 11, 2024), 9:50am, sales associate was incredibly rude, condescending, and generally miserable. Certainly don’t need that type of treatment from someone, especially on a Sunday morning. Do better with your hires and customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I sent my wife to this location to have a document notarized but the lady stated it wasn't a document but it was so was so rude to my wife she shouldn't be working there if she doesn't know how to treat customers with respect customers are the ones that keep this place open no customers no business so my wife just walked out because this lady was so rude we will never go to this place for our business again thank you but no thank you lady learn to respect your customers

The masked clerk needs to attend " how to be a helpful clerk " and not be the horrid individual that he is. UPS should be more involved in the operation and train their personnel in customer relations. This guy and the other one make the USPS look good, how UPS allows this to go on bewilders me.

I just unloaded about 1000 lbs off my truck for them to tell me they can’t take my boxes. Nowhere on the site was it listed as something that couldn’t be shipped, but he told me his particular store doesn’t have the license for what they want to ship. Maybe ask what is being shipped before your customer unloads all of their boxes????? Never again will I come back to this location, I’ve had no issues at any other ups stores

Been here twice in the past 2 days and both times the service was amazing, was quick and easy drop offs, answered all my questions, and both employees were very kind to me and my 3 year old daughter. They must have handled my drop offs immediately too because I had got my refunds from some orders from Amazon I was dropping off I'm less than 24hrs. I absolutely loved my experience here and will definitely be making this my regular UPS location
