Not helpful at all. Returning cable equipment. The tall guy helping me had no idea what he was doing. Could have been new. Also, not friendly. The people working with him didn’t lend any help even though he was struggling.

Worst experience ever at this UPS last Saturday! Still not over that bad day. We called them before and went to get notary services. The tall thin guy with mask was so rude and completely was not ready to listen what documents we have. I was just explaining the document. And then he told me, in his 6 years he has never seen this kind of document so he won’t sign, and even said mean things in a very high rude tone like - you are not going to tell me what I should do!! Totally inappropriate and misbehaved. Just say I won’t sign, that’s okay.
He would have likely signed after we paid $20 for each document totaling to $150-$200. However, we had clear instructions from our embassy, that all documents should be self attested and only 2 documents have to be notarized so why would we pay additional! We went to Wellesley Hills UPS store, which has a lower rating, but they understood it all and even notarized our documents without any hassle. Seems the staff there is more informed and know what they are doing! Sorry, would not recommend this store.

They moved! A bunch of reviews are saying it was closed or empty. Google has photos of their old location in the same plaza. Anyway I had no troubles at all. It was in and out with efficient, fast service.

Charging 2 dollars for using tape once and almost 10 dollars for a tape that is usually available for 2 dollars. Cheap tricks.
