My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Ernie today. We are brand new homeowners and experienced our first low oil scare. We got a recommendation from another oil company to call Ernie, and he was beyond helpful. We called him around 8:30 this morning and he was at our house and done by 11:30! He was so nice and helpful and really understanding considering we knew absolutely nothing about oil heat. We would highly recommend Ernie to anyone looking for a great company to work with.

This has nothing to do with your business, as you have a lot of nice and loyal customers. However, your son has now vandalized my house twice. We caught him egging my house a few months ago. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed oil on a Saturday and the owner answered. He went on to tell me he doesn't like the fact that the business line is connected to his cell phone because he doesn't quote "want to get 30 calls on a Monday". I didn't quite understand what he was saying and he said "nevermind you just don't understand my point". He was so rude and unprofessional to me. I would never EVER purchase oil from such a disrespectful business owner.

I loved them in the beginning but sadly they have lost my business for the way I was spoken to, I had called a couple times to see if my oil was delivered because I was at work. I was in a time of need and he screamed at me which was unnecessary and I understand times are busy but that's not how you treat customers if your going to be an angry old man, especially when all I wanted was to make sure my 3 year old would be warm when I got home. So dissapointed in the way I was treated but after the way he made me so feel I'll never return, and that surely is not customer service.
