Faith always does so beautiful! My lashes are always so full and perfect every-time! She is so sweet and all of the girls always ask if I need anything, offer refreshments, snacks while waiting, it's a cozy vibe in there!

Hailey was my stylist and she did amazing! I was a first time client, and I had a Classic Full Set Level 2 done on me! The results were amazing! Already booked my appointment for 2 weeks. I highly recommend the Lash Lounge in Milford and seeing Hailey! She is great!

I highly recommend the Lash Lounge to anyone that wants new lashes or wants to change from their current lasher. Very knowledgeable and always accommodating. Ana does incredible at her job and very personable.

My stylist Ana is incredible! I absolutely love my lashes. She consistently does them perfectly and the salon is so clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Love the lash lounge!!

Overpriced for fills, was charged for fills when I had a membership. The front is dusty as all hell. No one takes the stuff off the shelves to clean where the products were displayed. The manager constantly was chain smoking in front of the store and always REAKED of cigarette's. Listening to the staff complain about how awful the owner was, was tiring. Since going to a new lash salon, I have noticed that the new salon's products are way better and my lashes are not shedding as much. I believe the lash lounge products were not the best of quality. Place definitely needs a massive cleaning if anything. And probably front desk staff that knows what they are doing and perhaps a manager that doesn't steal? If I could give it a zero, I would. Just bad business management all around.

Honestly didn't want to give it any stars. The lashes were not done well. Complete waste of $140 and $40 tip. I called back immediately after and no one picked up all day. I was concerned the lashes did not look great, areas were sparse, some lashes didn't stay on, and it appeared it was an overall poor quality of service. I called Monday to express my concerns and cancel the follow up- the woman who answered said ok, sorry, and did not make any attempt to offer any level of customer service or to help resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place- had there been some attempt to resolve the issue, I would possibly consider returning- but hence- poor service and poor customer service.

Ana is the best!! I have been going to her since August and she always makes sure I am satisfied with my lashes. She is such a kind person and is so passionate about her job. I always leave there happy it is such a wonderful place!

I love The Lash Lounge in Milford! Colleen is the best! She always greets me with a smile. I get lash extensions every two weeks and they last amazing. I love that they are open 7 days a week so if I need to switch my appointment, they can usually accommodate me at a time that works. The place is extremely clean and inviting, I would highly recommend.

Ana the woman who did my lashes is simply amazing! professional and kind. She listened to me when i told her what i liked vs disliked. She did such a phenomenal job and will have a client for life with me. She took great care and I'm thankful that I found her. ?

This is for way back in April. I didn't have a good experience here, starting from being rescheduled twice, to waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time, then finding out I wasn't scheduled with the tech I've originally booked with. While waiting, I overheard that there was a mix up of services with another client. It was my first time getting a lash lift, no explanation was offered until I asked, and I left the salon with a lot of sticky residue on my lids. The skin on my lids kept sticking together every time I blinked and I'd have to clean them off with a damp cotton bud at home. The lift was also uneven with some lashes on one eye higher than the other, and had one lash in the corner that was a little wiry which isn't noticeable until closer examination but it did bother me. I thought then that this was a normal process, but I've since found a salon that did a more precise job with no glue residue left.The people were nice at least.
