Very nice, personal, caring and attentive . This is my 1st experience concerning orthotics. The staff is outstanding and very caring. They are very concerned with your results.. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Sunrise for what you have done for me.

The prosthetist was professional and nice, my issue is with the office itself (Milford). It is literally in shambles and there was mold and mildew all over. It was absolutely disgusting and they need to get someone in there to clear out the mold! Also, no soap in the bathroom (gross) there was a bottle but it was filled with water! The bathroom door was covered in visible mold! The office definitely needs a dehumidifier to clear out the wetness and mildew, ands professional to get rid of the mold, that’s a serious health hazard.

I have been to sunrise with my daughter for shoe lifts for a few years now. I always loved the service there. My daughter loves everybody that has worked with her. I’m also the caregiver for my brother Domingos and I’ve witnessed something very impressive that has happened to him since he switched to sunrise.He wears a Prosthetic leg and he needed a new one. Someone recommended sunrise to work on my brother’s prosthetic leg. They had heard good things about this place. Funny I was taking my daughter there and never thought of taking my brother there. He was going elsewhere but the guy retired and the other people just didn’t do things right. I was so impressed watching Karen taking the measurements of my brother’s leg and making a cast to have a new leg built. Did not take long for the prosthesis to come in. Karen and Jamison made the necessary adjustments whenever necessary. Karen and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is the first time my brother uses an hydraulic foot and the leg is so much lighter. Sunrise has made my brother so happy! One important thing that has happened to my brother it gave him confidence!!! He lost his leg when he was 21, he is now 58 years old. He had never worn shorts since he lost his leg. He loves his prosthesis so much that last year when he got his new prosthesis he started wearing shorts for the first time in 37 years and he was going everywhere!!! He feels good about himself now. My brother and I would like to thank Karen, Jamison, and the rest of the staff that has worked towards making my brother’s life easier, and for giving him his confidence back.
