Ordered sale lobsters for in-store cooking prior to a big family celebration--a real disappointment, overcooked, flavourless and chewy meat. Would have preferred to pay full price somewhere else. Bone-in NY strip steaks which were also on sale were thin and fatty. Very disappointing.

This store might have the worst self checkout machines in America. Literally the last three times I've been here the machines glitch requiring an attendant to come and reset them. Lest the reader think it's just me, today when mine glitched again, there were no less than four other machines besides mine blinking and people waiting for the attendant. If you so much is breathe onto the bagging area while you're checking out, the machine thinks you're stealing and starts glitching and freezing. And of course they had like one other human lane open, so you're really forced to use the self checkout. The cleanliness, selection, in general appearance of the store is fine but this self checkout debacle makes it frustrating when you're done shopping. For that reason I typically avoid this store.

Awful experience when trying to order ahead here. They never have even half the things you ordered, they are always late bringing it out to you, and when you call the phone number they list to let them know you are there, no one ever picks up the phone. Do not waste your time trying to shop here, I regret attempting to give them my business

Good place, great quality.High in price than others, but a great alternative to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's as their quality has raised in years past.

Very neat store..but goodness the ready to go meals..especially the bone-in chicken wings is so SALTY..and had a couple more people complain about it..Please fix it

On Saturday, 8/12, (Mass tax free weekend) got home and looked at the receipt. I noticed that sales tax WAS charged!! I called the store. The woman at the "courtesy" desk did not understand when I had said that sales tax was applied to the order. She was like, "Uh huh." I had to spell it out for her that it was tax free weekend. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. At least she was cognizant and understood. Stop & Shop had NOT done the necessary update to not apply sales tax. They were in the process of updating it then. The supervisor at least had the where with all to apologize. So, the solution is to hold onto the receipt and to go back in to get a refund. Yeah, that's REAL customer service

Finding less and less of a variety at stop and shop these days (zesty valasic pickles, sriracha vegi fries , black pepper wheat thins, chicken livers and other organs , just as a few examples) <----- all used to be stocked items and can still be found at other local grocery stores ......... then half the time you cant find the smaller grocery carts because they must have the laziest lot guy around

While other Stop & Shops were courteous enough to mark their stores as closed on this holiday, this store didn’t bother and is listed as open when it is in fact closed. I observed numerous other people attempt to enter the store, also having gone all the way there on a freezing cold holiday for no reason. Not very respectful to your customers.

I have shopped this branch for a long time and have not had issues. Today, the woman working in the deli department was so rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service!

One cashier working, no baggers. basically forcing you to self check out unless you wanna wait 35 minutes for the one line. Self check outs don’t work properly, every other item the attendant had to come over. Company should hire some people instead of expecting the customers to do it all. On top of that the prices are super high, what are we paying so much for? Much better options in town

Customer dissatisfaction! They close the service desk during 12 pm to 1pm when customers would normally go to Stop and Shop to take care of issues or buy lottery during the customers lunch break. Ridiculous!
