I have given this location several chances and every time I'm disappointed. Many times my coffee has been wrong. One time I had to wait 25 minutes for my coffee and another time there was a piece of metal in my drink. Will never be going here again.

Drive thru always long, issues with credit card machine at drive thru and BTW, they automatically add a gratuity and try to sneak it by. No apology from manager though.

They made a Dragon Drink with expired Coconut Milk. Then told me it's a chemical reaction and that's why the Coconut Milk is sticking to the Berrys. This is Disgusting. Don't come to this Starbucks they use expired products.

Completely inept location. Must lack proper management. Recent few visits I order in advance to save waiting at this disaster and it STILL takes 20-30 minutes to get a coffee made. 25 minutes today and I almost asked for a refund. What planet is this? And FYI they often shut off the order ahead option on the app. Completely ignorant. GOOD LUCK.

Walk in. They had no system like other Starbucks to make sure people in the store didn't get behind all the online orders. Waited 35 minutes then went to complain and get a refund and waited another 15 minutes until I finally yelled out, is someone working the cashiers? Finally someone came forward. 45 minutes to get a Starbucks, ridiculous!

I'm an ex-partner from this location and I'm disappointed and sad to see how the store is now. The manager took my order this morning and got my order wrong. Behind the bar everyone looks sad and tense

This place straight up sucks.... gave me half a cup of cold hot coffee when I got a grande and screwed up my sandwich every single time I go there........ complete waste of my money.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've encountered. Either the employees were all brand new because service was extremely slow or they were not trained right or they just did not feel like hustling.I waited 45 minutes very patiently for four shots.

Used to be a really good location. The crew usually has friendly banter. So this experience was unusual. This young woman flipped out on me and started crying at the drive thru window. Her coworker chimed in not to "yell" at her, when she literally forced me to speak louder because she couldnt hear me when I asked for my frappe. God I was afraid to ask for a straw. She didn't even give me my change or my receipt, AND made the frappe incorrectly! I couldn't ask them to fix it since I was running late. They took 20 min on the person in front of us, and her unstable meltdown was the last thing I needed in the morning. I will never go back to that location. I can't imagine anyone else who was stuck in that line with that girl would either. Should've went to dunkins.

Long wait times, slow at making coffees. Stay away unless you want to wait 45 minutes for coffee

This location is fundamentally incapable of dealing with a crowd (i.e. getting orders to customers in a reasonably timely fashion). I waited for 20+ minutes before leaving, frustrated, without my latte. The staff seems friendly enough. They can take care of you off peak hours. However, if you see a line either at the drive-through or inside the store, I would leave immediately and go to another location.
