Nice and kind staff. Good store good collection. Customer friendly..My 1st visit to this store..Bought a shoe online Black Friday weekend with discounts but it was not the right size..Went to this store to get a different size and liked a different model. The manager was kind enough to provide black friday discounts even on a different model..

Even tho the parking lot can be a little cramped the store is nice and big and out of all the times i went here for shoes there is only one tome that i had to order them to be shipped to my house. The staff is friendly and attentive. I never see them on thier phone. And they also have a very large selection. I found a pair of shoes that was cheeper on thier app and when i went to this store they price matched it saving me money. Anytime i need shoes I will go here first

Nick is a breath of fresh air. Polite, helpful, and courteous. The only problem is every time he helps me. I buy more shoes and I need lol.

Bought shoes on buy one and get a second half off. Exchanged one pair for a different size and they would not honor the sale price. The sale is still going on but we had to pay full price for both company policy. Won’t shop there again. That is not good customer service.

Signs all over the store saying Buy 1 get 50% off but when you get to the register they tell you the sale ended that morning...but they haven't gotten around to removing the signs at 8:55 pm.

Friend of mine recommended sketchers to me so I went to try them out and I also fell in love with the shoes. I recently got married and I talk to my new wife about it and that's all we have in our home now is sketcher shoes and sneakers. I highly recommend this store to anyone also being a veteran they give us veterans discounts. Also, the crew is very friendly and works there if I could give us a 10 star I would do it so I would highly recommend you checking them out.

Sketchers in Milford MA ....three customers ....two employees....asked for assistance, the employee hands me one set of shoes...and walks away ...wanted to try more shoes so I waited ..and waited .but BOTH employees were too busy finding a DUNKIN DONUTS for another person....this is MA....there are DD on every corner.....you can not sell shoes pretending to be the DD tour guide. .. who trains these people??? Unbelievable terrible customer service!!!!!!
