Most of my interactions with staff are not pleasant, and most of them look miserable. This Shaws really falls short on customer service. I'd say 8/10 visits I'm packing my own groceries. Wouldn't bother me too much if staff acknowledged or even said "Thank you." It's a courtesy that goes far. Instead, I'm treated like it's my job.

I was here Sunday and had a wonderful experience at the checkout with a young cashier named Harry. I’ve been shopping at this establishment for a while now and have never seen this young man before so I assume he’s new. However over the years of shopping here, I had never come across a cashier as welcoming and friendly as him. We need more workers like that!

I live 3 minutes from this store and since comparing prices to Market Basket, I will never return. Decreased quality for increased prices - no thanks. Drive one exit up 495 for Market Basket.

A crippled, morbidly obese patron verbally whined to me because I was too busy trying to find the aisle on my phone and accidentally walked in front of his elderly friend's cart. Website doesn't say aisle numbers or locations anywhere. Still don't have my agave nectar. I hate this store.

Good town grocery store quick easy but I always seem to leave something there I even think i left 2baskin Robbins ice creams last night 2/5$ if I call and bring receipt I can get it back, usually something like that sure. And they have basically all you need I also delivered bread to this store for years and there where some nice locals working there for years as well.
