Excellent experience. Streamline process from online test purchase, scheduling appointment, prompt texts with instructions. This site was easy to get to location was easy to find in the building. Taken a few minutes even before my appointment Tammy was excellent very experienced nurse hardly felt the needle at all. Great personality and easy to talk to made it a calming experience. Would definitely go to this location again.

Worst lab I have ever been to. Unfortunately I’ve had the displeasure of having to go here several times. The staff are rude and unprofessional and the place is a mess. Not sure how a lab that handles bodily fluids is allowed to run this way, by the disgustingly unprofessional staff that run it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Seriously.

My mother's RN at Umass medical coagulation clinic ordered some blood tests. The test location was Quest, 91 Water St. Milford, MA. I looked at their scheduling tool on line and was not able to make an appointment. Their online scheduling system does not work. I pre visited the lab to see if walk ins were available. They were, but highly discouraged by notifications on line and in person. I brought my 95 year old mother there for the visit. After a kiosk check in, we were asked if we had an order for the required tests, hard copy paper. I told them we were sent there by the coagulation clinic and they sent that paperwork. We left Quest. I checked with the coag clinic, The paperwork was faxed over on August 1, our visit was Aug 9. If there is an internal system at Quest to track these documents it is not working. We wasted our time. The patient is clearly not looked at as a customer at Quest.

The worst experience I have ever had! I have been there twice, as a walk in since next appointment is not within a couple of days. The lady was extremely rude! I was the ONLY person there, and she would not attend to me. Never going back to this place again!

Staff they are so rude I only want to drop of a spell cement they freaking make me wait 15 minutes with a specimen is supposed to be 24 hours in a refrigerator. I tell them I’m just there to drop off and they say you need to make an appointment and sit and wait will take it when we have a minute so freaking rude. I wish they have a new staff they’re more pleasant because he doesn’t feel you’re very welcome at all. Unbelievable they let people like that working. And places like that with children and adults disgusting.

My daughter needed bloodwork because of a medication change. I saw online that this lab was open on New Year's Eve day, so we went there and they were actually closed, even though the corporation phone message says "our labs are open for your needs". It also said an appointment is preferred, so I figured that was my mistake, being Covid and all, maybe they had no one to staff and had to close. I made an appointment, after careful consideration of my daughter's and our own schedule. I got 3 texts an email with reminders and information. We show up and they are closed due to a sewer issue. We couldn't have gotten a phone call? So frustrating! The doctor uses Quest, otherwise, I wouldn't go to any Quest again.

Awful experience. My daughter had an appointment and we waited over an hour, with others who came in after us being taken ahead of us. When we questioned it, we were told us they didn't have record of our appointment. (I received a text confirmation an hour ahead of time and had made it almost a week in advance!) Will never go back there again.

Text check-in doesn't work. I checked in via text and the response text was wait anywhere and we will text you when ready. Well 1 minute after my appointment time I get a text saying I am late and schedule a new appointment. Supposedly your supposed to check-in at kiosk at the front desk.Also the technician arrived late

It says it's a walk in but you have to order your tests online before you "walk in". I attempted to get a test for Lyme disease but they sent me home to request the test as it is impossible for them to do that once you arrive.

I recently moved and this is my closest Quest but I am not coming back to that place ever!I was there last week, I payed my own test online and booked an appointment in advance to save time, I got there and had to wait 15 minutes for the technician to take me in. She opened the door and sat in her chair facing the wall and after 2 minutes rudely told me to close the door. After that, someone knocked the door (a Fedex delivery guy) she grabs the box and opens it in from of me and tells me "just what I needed" (I thought maybe they were consumables she needed to use while I was there but nope.. she just couldn't wait to open it).She sat again, her cellphone rang and she had the decency of answering in front of me. When the technician finally takes the samples, she simply put it in a box, turns around and keep minding her business, never even said goodbye.On top of the technician's lack of manners, the place felt dirty, so much stuff on the floor, even the woman's purses were on the floor. I was in pain that day so I didn't say anything but it was a horrible experience.Cherry on top? it has been 5 days and I still don't see my test result in my portal (I was told it would take 24/48 hours) so I am furious with the whole situation and waste of money and time. I have been in a few different Quest, never this bad.

Dawn helped me and truly went above and beyond, thoroughly reading my pages of paperwork making sure she was doing my weird test the right way! Didn’t even feel the blood draw. She even called FedEx while I was there to schedule the pickup and didn’t let me leave until she had confirmation they were picking it up before the end of the day. They close at 4:30, but she said she would stay until the FedEx guy was coming at 5. I’ve used this Quest location before and definitely will be returning.
