“How do you review a storage place? Don't they just store stuff? Well, yes, they do but having recently rented a storage locker for my kids in a different state, there IS a difference. First, 126 is secure, well-lit and makes me perfectly comfortable come nightfall. The spaces are immaculate - the unit, the hallways, the driveways, etc. And, while we have been renting for over 10 years, they know and remember me by sight and are extraordinarily pleasant on the phone or when I wander in to the office. I understand that I am paying you for a service, but you guys deliver it wonderfully so I'll say thank you.

It was 100 degrees out & it didn’t slow them down one bit. I would highly recommend them. The office was a bit slow at times responding to emails! I was given Kevin’s cell phone & he promptly relied. They were done in 90 minutes, I was totally impressed.”

You're just charged entrenched on how long it takes for them to move and they do not squander any time. No nonsense about being charged fee for stuff you didn't tell them about, just a non-nonsense and cause hourly rate. “Sooo impressed with 1800Packrat. I got better prices from them than PODS, got two units to help our family long distance move. Easy process to change dates along the way. Final day of moving we realized we had more stuff than we realized, called them in a bind, got a reasonable price for another pod, they managed to deliver it when the second one was picked up, and arrange for pickup very next morning. BIG thank you to the customer support folks and especially the Franklin MA crew for working with me on last minute stuff. Driver Jose did the drop off and he was in resolve, such nice people who try hard and work hard.”
