  Recently interacted with Eddie and his team at Premier Automart. Purchased a used vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the service! Everyone was friendly and accommodating as well as responsive to any of my needs to complete the sale. My 2022 truck was cleaned and detailed on pick up and looked amazing! There was a slight mix up regarding a missing floor mat and once I spoke with Eddie the agreed to ship it to me rather than have me drive over an hour and a half for it. But, once he looked at the mat he felt it was too worn and rather than ship a worn mat he replaced both front mats with new Weathertech mats and shipped them to me at no cost! I can’t say enough about the service and his effort to make his customers satisfied with their purchase! I’ll be sending my friends and family to see him when they need to replace vehicles as well!

  Tiffany and Eddie were so helpful in finding me a new car in the time I needed. My last car was totaled and I needed something to get back and forth to work with fairly quickly and they were able to find me multiple options that fit what I was looking for and my price range.   Eddy sold me my Mercedes S63 a year ago. The car runs like a champ. I had 2 problems with it and Eddy fixed them.right away. He is very knowledgeable with the German cars.

  Horrible! Flat out lies to customers and let us drive away in a completely unsafe vehicle. Since we caught in several lies, we did have a pre purchase inspection done. We were aware not a new car annd expected some repairs probably needed but lied to about extent. Car needed a four brakes done as well as 2 tires replaced otherwise would not pass inspection. The dealer agreed to do brakes and tires. We thought that was good. We went back to get car and there was a strong grease /oil smell which we asked about and told was because new brakes. We drove over 60 miles back home,(we had to register and get own temp plates prior to picking up car),cleaned the filthy insides and brought to our mechanic because wanted checked and wanted all maintenance that was neglected brought up to date. (Dealership said they don't do stuff like that only safety stuff). Anyways, we found out that when they fixed the brakes they stripped a lug and instead of replacing the hub and bearing as would need to be done on Mercedes, they just packed with grease and jammed the lug on. Lug readily just fell off. We were told we could get a personal check for our money back if DROVE car back?! Undrivable as was and dealer said would not pick up car if we expect money back. We thought that because had Carfax linked on their site, they were 'vetted' but they are not. Refused to give us the name of garage that installed brakes nor repair what they broke. We had already paid them extra to fix blind spot assist and paid our mechanic as well as registration and title so we would have lost even more. We simply wanted them to take responsibility for what their shop broke. Lesson learned!

  All 4 wheels needed straightening, Timing cover gasket oil leak, spark plugs, brake flush, transmission service, both cabin air and oil filters

  I found a car I didn’t know existed at Premier Auto Mart. I went and test drove the car and talked to the owner, Eddie. Next day crunched numbers with him and everything was good. Took the car home Thursday. Dealing with Eddie was great. Very personable and friendly. The Cadillac I purchased has been amazing. 10/10 ??

  I’ve been stopping in, likely frustrating them, for the past couple years. Because I was looking for the right car. I’ve always wanted a Mercedes Station wagon… the right one. I’d stop. Ask questions. Look. And come back. NEVER was anyone frustrated with me. They were always professional. Accommodating.
  
  One day, not too long ago I saw my car. They don’t make them any more. I wanted one - a Mercedes Wagon - made in Germany, not assembled in the U.S., I wanted the hood Mercedes star and an estate level wagon - with sun, and shade, and sun, side paneling molded into the sidelines which gave that wagon a sleek classic look. Unique. There it was.
  
  I went in and spoke with the owner, a very nice younger man, that I’d met before.
  
  I felt bad for him as he saw me approaching… but he remained: pleasant, laid back, easy to talk to, professional and informative. I trusted him.
  
  We walked over to the car. He gave me the price - which was fair and equitable.
  
  We did not dicker or go back and forth - I listened, took our prior chats into consideration, and decided that he was honorable and trustworthy.
  
  I have my car - my classic wagon and not only do I like it… but I REALLY like it - I love it.
  
  That team takes pride in their dealership and cars. They did it all. I showed up and that car looked new. It is the German made - Stuttgart - Mercedes Estate Wagon that I’ve long wanted.
  
  If anyone has any ‘issues’ with this dealership I might gently suggest that perhaps the problem isn’t the dealership but that type of person.
  
  Just go… enjoy the experience.
  
  Find your car and leave the attitude at home. These are curated cars, that have something special about them. Just enjoy that ‘moment in time’ when you find your car.
  
  This is a unique place - a dealership - and an individual - that I feel totally comfortable with… and will HIGHLY recommend them.
  
  I found them to be forthwith, honest, honorable, and just really decent people.
  
  Thank you for my car… you have no idea how long I’ve wanted a car like this. It means a heck of a lot to me - very much so - and I deeply appreciate everything you did and how easy and comfortable you made the process.

  Just took delivery of 2013 BMW X3. Everything was exactly as expected. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest people. Everyone worked as a team to make sales and delivery process timely and efficient. All dealings were straight up and straightforward; no slippery, fast-talking deeds.   Definitely check Premier Automart if you're looking for a used car. Sales person Edward is great to work with. No hard selling and up front with everything about the car. Do check the car's carfax.I was looking for a used car for my child who's in college and the car had to be reliable and within my budget. My mechanic went with me while we looked at and test drove a couple cars. The used car I purchased is a lot of car for the money! Thank you Edward.

  My wife and I purchased a BMW 528 from Eddie and had a great experience. He was very transparent about the pros and cons of each car we looked at. We have been driving the car for 6 months with no issues and will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

  I bought a beautiful (nearly immaculate) 2011 Mercedes from them with mileage so low and in such good condition I couldn't say no. They had a lot of nice German luxury cars available (my weakness)...I fell in love with a few.I had been burned badly by my previous dealership. I was sold a "its not a lemon" lemon...they walked away from handshake agreements at point of sale on some defects, etc. I was admittedly a very jaded. I had just totaled that car and decided to try Premier Auto Mart, not far from me. I was in a real hurry to get back to work.Eddie is just a solid guy. He went above and beyond to be sure I was absolutely happy by returning calls and giving me the confidence that I was making the right choice...post sale! He even offered me something no other dealer ever had...which really sold me on the deal.I was in a REAL pinch to get into a new (and far better) car ASAP with total confidence in what I was sold, to get back to work. I was juggling insurance headaches and the pressures of returning to work (I have a very long commute) among other things.Eddie made me a very happy customer while he was working with an admittedly difficult buyer who was juggling a lot. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a nice used luxury car.
