Independents in general do a far better job with customer service, and this one is no exception. You can also get ahold of medications there that are out of stock elsewhere. I don't understand how chains survive -- they are awful. Support independents. This is a good one.

Great privately owned pharmacy. Prescriptions & refills always done on time and correctly. Friendly knowledgeable staff always available. Delivery service and they let you know by text when prescriptions are filled and ready for pickup. I used a private pharmacy in Winchester MA before I moved out this way. I will drive up to 45 minutes just to avoid using Walgreens or CVS. Will never use them again unless absolutely desperate. Small business supporter all the way.

The staff is amazing super efficient and always strives to get our prescriptions done less than a day. Mind you we travel from Framingham to Milford just for the pharmacy love them good job guys.

This pharmacy has the best team. They always pick up the phone, are open past 5, and go above and beyond for their customers. Alicia and Madison are wonderful employees they really make my life easier. Sometimes I struggle to manage my medications and get them on time and they have been able to help me get them same day--they even reach out to my provider on my behalf. They also will take extra steps so I can get the most affordable price. Thank you, Milford Central Pharmacy, for all you do.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 6 stars! After dealing with very unprofessional employees at CVS, I discovered this gem of a pharmacy. They are so polite, courteous and professional. They go out of their way to assist you and help fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. If you are fed up with large chain pharmacies, this is THE place to go for personalized customer service. I cannot speak more highly of my experiences dealing with all of the employees here!

It truly cannot be expressed what a fantastic pharmacy and team they are. They know me and my family, are always available to help with questions, I've never waited in line more than 1 person. I encourage anyone who dislikes going to the pharmacy and waiting forever, to switch asap. Amazing people.

Super helpful, always answer the phones quickly, and actually care about the fact that you need your medication. They work hard to make sure you're happy which is rarely seen at the big pharmacies.

Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I was there today to pick up some medicine for my dog and all 3 of them couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks so much for your information and pleasant demeanors. Forget CVS and Walgreens pharmacies who never answer phones and always make mistakes.
