We spent 12 hours painting our bedroom(primer, then paint). It was not easy, it was hard work due to how the room is set up. We had started the paint once the sun started to set.. I told my husband I didn't love the color and it looked nothing like the swatch. Thought maybe once it dried, it would look better. The next morning, once the paint was dried and the sun was up we realized something wasn't right. Only now just realized that THE GUY GAVE US THE WRONG COLOR. We asked for High Park and were given Liberty Park. I guess maybe it's partially our fault for just trusting him and not double checking? But it's not like he asked us if it was the right color when he gave it to us (like they usually do at Lowe's).Livid is an understatement. I'm crushed as I have back issues and this was not an easy task for us. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because Tyler was nice enough to offer us a new can of paint in the correct color. He was very nice and although I'm extremely disappointed, he was super helpful and I'm VERY thankful! I'm glad he was there today, as he was very apologetic.(The color around the plug is the color we wanted, the pea green color is what we were given initially)

They had everything I needed even some things home depot and lowes didn't. Also the employees were helpful and friendly.

I moved to Milford 2 years ago, and I’ve been frequenting the Milford Ace as my wife and I do our best to maintain our 145 year old home. I’ve been a loyal customer of ACE for 40 years, and I can say with confidence the management of this store is atrocious. Humiliating customers, telling me I don’t need the part I’m asking for, correcting my paint choices, refusing to honor coupons from your own flyer, the list goes on. I shop at Rocky’s now. 3 stores, great service at all of them. Shame on you Milford ACE.

I wish Google had negative and zero stars but have to settle for one. I just bought an Ariens Snow thrower 3 days back and when I wanted to use during snowstorm it didn't even start, I called up and asked for help and got very little to no support to fix my issue and was just asking me to reach out to Ariens support and right now I am just stuck with this snowblower and my driveway with 2 feet of snow.
