My experience was less than stellar. I just needed a new phone and a cheap monthly plan. I was there for 45 minutes before the staff could figure out if a "transfer PIN" was needed and how to obtain said PIN. I ended up not feeling very confident about the process, thanked them for their time and left. Maybe the 2 employees that were working were new. They were super nice and were eager to help me but just wasn't my day to switch to MetroPOS I suppose.

Very bad company, friendly staff but they don't solve it, this company's internet doesn't last, and they tell you that things have insurance and they don't change them, they only make you keep paying for your cell phone or tablet, without it working... ...

Pathetic and rude employees, specifically “Vanessa Macêdo”. These employees are also harassing a local business owner and leaving fake “1 star” reviews out of spite because this local business owner gave MetroPCS a “1 star” review. Employees clearly have a major attitude problem.

UPDATE #2: I filed a complaint with MetroPCS corporate, waiting to hear back after their investigation.UPDATE: the owner of this business has retaliated by leaving a 1 star review of my business. They have never been a customer of mine.Poor business practice and no ethics :(8/16/23 Ananda and Maria took advantage of my elderly father by selling him a phone that did not suit him. He went to the location, asked for an iPhone (which he needs for his business) and they sold him a TCL phone.He never left the store with the phone, they kept his old device and the new one to port over the contacts.We went back and told them he’d like to return the phone because he needs an iPhone for work and they would not return the phone.Corporate person on the phone was helpful but the Ananda and Maria played dumb and refused to add his old device back to his plan.This is unresolved as of right now while we try to fix the issue
