They do have a good selection of foreign products, namely from Brazil. Regrettably they fail in complying with The Massachusetts Item Pricing Law, as the majority of their items are not priced, at all. Furthermore since the items are not priced, the price of items vary quite significantly from week to week. Overall I would say the market is not respectful of the consumer and/or complaint with the law. The staff could and should do better in customer service as well.

Good assortment of meats.BEWAREThey just tried to pull a fast one over on me. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend so I decided to drop in here and bought some marinated meats, corona and limes.I handed the cashier cash, she gave me my change and I started walking to my car. I almost reached my car when I heard the cashier and some old guy howling at me to come back in. I walked back in and they told me that my credit card was declined. I looked at the elderly gentleman, irked and explained I paid with cash. Uh oh, now whose order is this on the credit card pad?! Nice try pal, I was born during the day, not yester-day... stop wasting my time! Keep an eye on these scoundrels

I recently had an unfortunate experience at the market, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The main issue that led to my dissatisfaction was the store's refusal to replace chicken that had clearly gone bad. This lack of customer service and disregard for quality left me with no choice but to share my experience.First and foremost, I believe it is crucial for any business, especially one dealing with perishable items like food, to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its customers. However, in this particular case, our concerns were entirely dismissed. My husband had purchased the chicken from this store, only to discover that it was spoiled when we got home.He immediately returned to the store, hoping to exchange the rotten chicken for a fresh piece. Unfortunately, his request was met with indifference and resistance from the staff. Despite explaining the situation and presenting the evidence, they flatly refused to assist him. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the problem left me astounded and frustrated.As a consumer, I understand that mistakes happen, and even the best businesses can encounter issues with their products. However, what truly matters is how these issues are handled. In this case, the store's failure to take responsibility for selling spoiled food is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, the store's dismissive attitude towards the complaint reflects poorly on their overall commitment to customer service. A reputable establishment should value its customers and strive to make amends for any mistakes made. Unfortunately, this store fell far short of meeting those expectations.
