He provided assistance in tracking the crate as the clock traversed the country. He clearly understood the sentimental value of this clock which my father made. Another benefit was the cost to package and ship the clock was less than virtually all of the other quotes I received (and those did not include packing). “I stopped in yesterday to drop off a package which required a bit of assistance. I was reluctant to go in as I knew it would be a problem. I am not sure who the little lady is that works in the Milford office but she was absolutely amazing, efficient and figured out the problem and assisted me through the end. She knew what she was doing! I walked out 5 minutes later amazed at this woman! Thank you so so much! And just for reference, we ordered business cards two weeks ago and it took 3 trips (not Milford) to finally receive our order.
