This Lowe’s seemed more expensive than my regular Lowe’s, but it was well stocked and clean. Very helpful staff who rang me out and gave me some great plant recommendations.

Lowe’s is often our first stop when we need something for a home project whether it be for inside our outside. We are almost always able to find what we need and the customer service is great.
We visited the store again this past weekend to return a broken umbrella stand that we had purchased the week before and together a few other items we needed. Upon entering the return area, I was helped by Violet. She was wonderful. She expressed the right amount of empathy and assured me that the matter would be taken care of. She made the process seamless and I left the store with a credit for the broken stand and a new stand which is happily working in our backyard.
Upon leaving the store, we checked out with Mauritza who is probably one of the friendliest cashiers I’ve seen in years. She made us feel welcome, joked with us about moving a pot around in our carriage, and was very efficient.
Having employees like Violet and Mauritza may not seem like a bid deal in itself, but our interactions with both of them made for a great shopping experience and a wonderful day.

Uber in tools was amazing!! I was looking for help with a toy my son got, and getting it opened and working and Uber took the time to put it together for us and find the right tools and was extremely friendly. He’s very smart and good with customers! :)
