Asked 3 times for someone to come to tools to unlock a product for me. They asked over the speaker for an associate, no one came. I had to go to desk and ask

This Lowe’s seemed more expensive than my regular Lowe’s, but it was well stocked and clean. Very helpful staff who rang me out and gave me some great plant recommendations.
